Very overpriced , I bought a pen from them @ £159 and I found the same one on Amazon for £80.
I did really made a mistake at first I thought they are official Dr Pen but they were just a dealer .

There are many dealer out there be careful and shop carefully

The are showcasing as authorized dealer, however, i am not sure as the address on their own site is a dental clinic!

I ordered a stamp style microneedling tool. It is not Dr Pen branded. On the website it costs £29.99. The exact same pen can be purchased from Amazon for £12 or £8 from Aliexpress. It comes branded as Drs 140A pen. The customer service were helpful enough allowing me to return it but at my own cost, so all in all very disappointing. They did admit that this wasn’t one of Dr Pen products but they are allowed to use Dr Pen branding on their website.

Ordered the M8S microneedling pen and extra cartridges. Reached out to customer services through the live chat as I had a question about the nanoneedling cartridges and they were very helpful. My items arrived this morning and I checked the code online to make sure it was a genuine Dr Pen and it is so would not hesitate to use this website again.

This site claims to be the official dr pen. That is likely false claims. They're Chinese made products and it appears multiple websites try to claim to be the only legitimate supplier. What seems likely is that many websites use the same Chinese made product and try to brand them as their own.

I had my pen delivered next day, immaculate condition, protective sleeve still on, two cartridges inside as described, serial number matching with genuine item. Buy with confidence.

Great service, arranged a call back from their experts before ordering, very professional, answered all my questions and helped me pick which pen would be best for me. I ordered extra cartridges and the serum, all arrived super quick. Fantastic product which I have used once, easy to use and effective. Iam excited to see the long term results

Their website was .co not .co.uk.. My item didnt even work, the cartridges didnt fit. Returns despite stating on their site were 'easy' have been proven to be anything but. I am not convinced by this company at all. I recommend the dr-pen.co.uk/ who are the UK authorized suppliers.

There was no way to be sure this site was legit when I ordered but I really wanted a dr pen & they seemed the most likely legit so I took the chance…& I’m glad I did. Delivery was quick and the pen is definitely the real deal! I just wanted to post this review for anyone in else doubt- it’s so hard to know what sites to trust these days!

Does anyone know if this is the legitimate UK site?
