Excellent service from all the team, they are quick to help when needed. Good quality coveralls and extremely friendly staff from are delivery driver, daniel our account manager and the customer service team.

We are extremely happy with the service we receive from Elis. Their weekly workwear drop-off and collection is always reliable, punctual, and hassle-free. The whole process runs smoothly, which makes a big difference to our business. It is great to work with a company we can depend on, and we would have no hesitation in recommending their services

Terrible service, slow to correct admin errors and resort to late payment charges even when they have omitted to make promised corrections. Bullying attitude and never respond to complaints.

We have over 100 wearers and the provision and laundry of our workwear runs smoothly in background. I never receive any complaints from the production crews regarding their work clothes. Great service and our contacts at the Durham depot are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Very professional, arrive, do what is necessary and leave with very little involvement needed.

Contrat signé début septembre avec une livraison annoncée sous 4 à 6 semaines. Du retard peut se comprendre, mais pas les mensonges et les dates sans cesse repoussées : semaine 52, puis semaine 1, puis semaine 2…

Livrés finalement le 9 février, mais uniquement les vestes et tee-shirts floqués. Les pantalons et les casiers sont toujours absents, sans explication claire.

Très déçu d’avoir signé avec cette entreprise qui ne respecte pas ses engagements envers ses clients. À fuir : mensonges et incompétence semblent faire partie de leur fonctionnement.

Great service and the maintenance lads are lovely.

Came and took mats and old knackered hand towel machine despite massive get out charges! Then after 20 years of loyalty they had the mordacity to say we could keep it for £85 plus vat ! Be very very aware if you sign any paperwork with these people and ever want to get out like I did ( as I was retiring ) they will shaft you for termination fees. I asked them to reconsider as I had been a loyal long standing customer and was retired not going to a competitor? They replied NO look at the contract you signed over 20 years ago. So I paid my massive termination fees and vowed if I can stop this happening to someone else then so be it. You have been warned . Good luck with your business whoever you may be .
