I would not even give them 1 star…total scammers

I would not even give them 1 star but have to to write a review. I booked with them in good faith, the airline had to cancel teh flight due to bad weather. Thats when the problems started. Flightnetwork told me I had to contact the airline, as the booking was not 'open' to them, so I did and they opened it but warned me that third parties sometimes 'lie' and that they needed to contact them, as I was not their customer. I went back to Flight network and told them same. They said they could now see the booking but were still unable to refund it and I needed to provide 'proof' the flight was cancelled, which I did not have and the airline had never updated their website. So going round in a loop after a further angry call to Flight network in which I considered rebooking my return flight so as not to lose everything fearing I would not get refunded or then be told since I didn't cancel my return flight (this happened to me before same airline), I wouldn't receive anything. I wanted to change, but was nervous in case it happened again and I just gave them more money. I was right to do so. I then found in my SPAM folder a cancellation email from the airline sent on the day of the flight (only after I'd travelled to the airport, it was sent 1 hour before the flight and the arrival airport had actually been shut all day but no updates, they even let me check in a few hours before. So both were at fault, Logan Air is not the best either, but is sadly one of the few available options for flying to Isle of Man. This is my second experience with them too, last time I booked Logan Air through BA (who I can completely trust as a customer and card holder for >20 years), and at least they BA gave a partial refund for the cancelled flight, without needing any proof. Whilst Logan Air aren't the best they never lied to me, even if their website is a bit rubbish and they did not update in time, if I had booked direct with them this would have been sorted out and I would have received my refund. Flight network are complete scammers, and I will never never use them again. Now I found proof of my cancelled flight, imagine my surprise when I tried to log this online to be told there was no record of my refund request. Surprise surprise!

Zeer slechte service, niet geleverd

Via Flight Network een (duur) KLM flexticket gekocht om mijn reisdata te kunnen wijzigen. Toen dat aan de orde was bleek de optie 'wijzigen' op de site 'helaas niet te werken'. Ook de genoemde telefoonnummers voor de klantenservice bleken geen van alle in gebruik. Dus loop ik klem. Voel me opgelicht

Do not use this company

Booking 1083-096-434. My flight was cancelled on 14/12/25. On 22/12/25 flight network states ‘your refund application has been approved by BA & we have received a refund for your booking.’ (Indeed BA refunded the amount on 18/12/25.) I have not received anything yet & it is impossible to contact the company.

Biggest scam ever!!

Biggest scam ever!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY! 2 minutes after booking the tickets I realized that there was a mistake in the tickets and I contacted them directly and they told me that a service fee will be charged which I was okay with and after that they started bringing up random fees and by the time we were arguing the prices went up even more. I paid 600 euro for the tickets and if I want to cancel my tickets they want a fee of 220 euro and an extra fee of 403 euro as canceling fee.. I contacted the flight company and they told me that it’s the websites fault and they have to fix it and the website (flightnetwork) tells me that I have to contact the flight company. Like what do you want me to do at this point?

SCAM COMPANY
Please read the reviews and never use this company. I booked a flight for 5 people with them and had to cancel but was informed that the airline informed them it’s not refundable which included the taxes, seats and baggage. I called the airline, Jet Blue who said this is not true and that there was a 100USD pp cancellation fee (as I expected) and that’s all. They refunded me directly but still uk flight networks insist the airline have told them nothing can be done!
I’m sure they want to pocket the refund themselves!
Try and complain and you get nowhere, just avoid

Bij internet boeking ongemerkt omgeleid naar Flight Network

Ik wilde bij Transavia boeken en kwam ineens ongemerkt op de site van Flight Network terecht. Eerst na de betaling kwam ik daarachter. Ook dat het ticket veel duurder was dan bij Transavia.
Op de chaotische website staat alles in het Engels en als je belt ben je no 50 in de wachtrij.
Gezien alle recensies die ik over hen lees ben ik er zeker van dat er iets niet klopt bij dit Netwerk!!

URGENTE, Llevo 7 días esperando una respuesta, SIN SOLUCION

*URGENTE* al comprar mi viaje, cometí un grave error y compré del 9 al 13 de enero, y era 9 de febrero al 13 de FEBRERO, misma fecha y horario.
el mismo 25 de diciembre, contacto a *flight network* y no he tenido solución hasta el momento, y han pasado 7 días, me indican que la aerolínea no ha dado respuesta. y el Chatbod de la aerolinea dice que no pueden ayudarme, ya que lo debo ver con la agencia, pero su respuesta es de 48 horas.
todos muy amables, pero solo me dicen que debo esperar,

agradeceré su ayuda para solucionarlo a la brevedad, ya que esto implica combinaciones de vuelos, y reservas de hotel ya pagadas.

⭐ 1-Star Review — FlightNetwork

FlightNetwork caused serious disruption through misinformation, poor communication, and ongoing refund delays.

Around three days before departure, I was informed that my flight itinerary had been cancelled. This information later turned out to be incorrect, leading to repeated back-and-forth between FlightNetwork and the airline with no clear or consistent answer provided to me as the customer.

There was no offer to rebook, change, or switch flights, despite the cancellation notice coming days before departure. Instead, I was left having to constantly chase FlightNetwork for updates — either by email or via their web chat, which frequently does not work properly in the app.

To this day, there has been no clear confirmation of:
• who is holding my money
• who is responsible for issuing the refund
• when (or if) the refund will be processed

FlightNetwork repeatedly deflects responsibility while providing vague or contradictory information. The lack of ownership, transparency, and urgency is unacceptable for a travel booking company handling international flights and significant sums of money.

This situation could have been resolved quickly with clear communication and basic customer support. Instead, it has resulted in unnecessary stress, uncertainty, and financial impact.

I would strongly advise against booking through FlightNetwork. If something goes wrong, be prepared to do all the chasing yourself — and still get no straight answers.

Deceptive and unreachable

Flight Netwwork bought the top spot on a Google search for Icelandair.

I booked what they said was a non-refundable but changeable ticket.

Then when I went to change the ticket, they did not respond. The voice response unit could hear my choices. There was no "chat". I tried reply to their text and email, and they said I had to call. But I was on another plane, and could not call.

Then when I got through to Icelandair, after an hour of CSR back-and-forth, there was a $700 charge to change the ticket

Misleading website

Misleading website. While navigating the site, it appears to be the official airline website, which is very deceptive. Once I realised it was not, I requested an immediate refund. I was then redirected to a call centre in India, where the agents were unhelpful and unwilling to provide a full refund. They retained £35 as so called fees, which I believe is unfair. I feel misled and would like a full refund without any deductions. Please be cautious with this website, as it is misleading and a waste of time dealing with ineffective support

Lied about how much cancellation would cost

Prices are way more expensive than booking direct with actual airline. How the get you to book is they pay to appear at the top of your search, often appearing above the actual airline you are looking to book with. Totally scamming the customer into believing they are booking direct with the airline.
I requested a refund, was told it would only cost me €40, they lied!!! It cost €111. Whatever you do, do not use Flightnetwork to book any flights.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I bought a flexible ticket and when I tried changing the dates they hit me with a service fee. The customer service is a bona fide human answering machine and will not do anything. A routine change which is allowed by the ticket needs to be escalated, meaning they will send you an email instead of solving it over chat. After 3 days of trying to rebook, they are asking me for more money because the fare difference already went up. Because it took too long for them to respond by email. You are better off booking with the airline directly, much clearer experience. I will have to throw away my ticket as using it means I have to pay more, almost the same amount as the original,

Misleading advice

I telephoned this company yesterday to add one carry on bag to our forthcoming flight. After hanging on for thirty minutes or so I got to speak to some one and was half way through my request when we we got cut off. I phoned back and was put through to some one else. I explained several times that I wanted to add one carry on bag to both segments of our flight. He said he would arrange this and then took my credit card details in payment. When I later checked the airline website it showed that he had added a 23 k hold bag instead of the carry on bag. I telephoned again to ask for a refund but was told it was too late. I was also told that they are not permitted to add carry on bags only hold bags. None of that was told to me in my earlier call. Not only do we want the bag with us rather than in the hold, but if they had told us that the carry on bag could be booked with the airline at a cost of £28 rather than the £78.66 Flightnetwork charged us for the unwanted booking of the 23k bag we would have gone with that option

Rubbish company

Rubbish company. Not sure how we were diverted into paying them for our ticket as we thought we were booking directly with BA.
We had to change the flight and they kept us holding on telling us they had a team on it who would reach out to us in the next half hour.
Numerous phone calls and emails and nothing.
What a load of old baloney!
Do NOT use this site and warn others also.

Do not book through this site. Do your homework on it first.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews and very rarely do but this company are legitimate scammers and I would not recommend them. The sad thing is they are legitimate and have obviously paid Google to be the first site that comes up on a search for British Airways in my case. It all looked legitimate and I had no idea I was dealing with a “third party travel agency”. I thought I was dealing with BA (the site is designed to look as such).
“Luckily” I made a mistake on the booking form and tried calling them after submitting payment. The phone number given did not connect and instead I had to speak to an online chat box. The agent gave me incorrect information so I called BA who advised me to cancel the booking immediately (apparently I got a 6 hour cooling-off period) and rebook through them. I did this (even though the “cancel” box was greyed out for my booking) and lost £75 in the process. The same flight with BA was significantly cheaper and I can talk to a human being at the other end of the phone if there are any queries. Do not book with this company. It is legitimate but they are not an organisation I would recommend to anyone. Very misleading too because you are led to believe you are dealing with the organisation you want to book through.

This is a SCAM and unhonest company.

They offer a cheap price of the tickets and when you start the data logging and try to pay ,the payment is rejected and new prices are offered in " unclear way" then when you try to repay, the payment is accepted but with the higher price

Absolutely no stars!
I was trying to book a flight on easyJet and was on their website. I logged off to try again and didn’t realise I had logged back in to Flight Network. This company is a total scam and should be investigated. They charged me over £100 more than the total cost of the flight. When you try to ring their contact number, this is also a scam because you are incurring extra charges while they try to fob you off.
