Website was easy to use, found the service I needed and made the appointment request. The rest was set up by text and a phone call with a doctor, followed by my MRI. I got my scan quicker than expected too, which was a bonus.

I'd injured my knee, I knew it was bad and something tore, I went to urgent care and was fobbed off by the "professional fobber offer". After 4 weeks of pain and zero improvement, I decided to get my own MRI, I prefer science to guesswork. Honestly, if you know you have a problem, you know, just scrape up your cash and get it done! Now I'm waiting on a referral through my Dr.

I can't recommend it enough, if you're thinking about forking out for a scan, you're worried, so go get it done, it's quick and easy with GetScanned, and you don't really need to pay another 50 quid to talk about it after, just get your images and report and submit your results to your GP or whomever, they'll tell you about it.

The service was very good, I'm happy I got it done, I'm going to be hobbling about for a long time I'm sure, but at least I know I was right and I know what the problem is.

From start to finish, using Get Scanned was a pleasant and professional experience. Everyone I spoke to was warm, approachable, helpful and communication was fantastic. The whole experience has been very efficient and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Made getting an MRI for my knee a very simple process. Their ongoing communication was excellent and they helped me get access to my report and all scan images very quickly.

When I was told by my GP a MRI scan was a 3 months wait plus another 6 weeks for the report I panicked. No way could I be in this pain amount for so long. Even my GP asked if I could go Private! Looking on the web I came across Get Scanned. Such an easy process to navigate through I managed to secure a scan only a few days away. Yes my hubby had to drive me to a scanner in the next County but that was a small price to pay.
This company was terrific. Kept me informed about everything, secured a scan date and time, spoke with a doctor to find the reason for the scan and the scan process itself was so easy. Everyone I spoke to or came face to face with along the way were lovely kind and thoughtful. Also they were very competitive with the price.

Excellent communication from start to finish and beyond!
The gentlemen doing the scan were lovely and friendly, completely putting me at ease.
The full body MRI is a long process but they really made it very relaxed.
The GP I dealt with (Dr Shivali Patel) took me through my results and even issued me with referrals for further treatment.
When I had difficulty with using the app I had a lovely gentleman (Arjun Nair) go out of his way to help me. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone I've had the pleasure to deal with.

I had a great experience with getscanned. Everything was easy and straight forward to arrange. Yatharth was great in helping me get an appointment with the GP quickly, and I then managed to secure my selected scan date. I had my report back from the scanning centre in less than 24hrs. I was updated on WhatsApp throughout the whole process, and would not hesitate to use them again!

The whole process took longer than a private medical scan should and you do not get the date you choose when you book and pay on the website, this needs to be changed. The scan itself was in a mobile scanner and the results had to be chased up as they took over a week to receive. However, the communication from the company was very good and they always responded to questions I had.

Very helpful and quick responses. They were able to get my mri appointment settled in just a few hours, which was very impressive and extremely helpful. Truly grateful for their efforts.

What I liked was the fact that the customer services were polite, were trying to be always helpful and when my case got complicated they kept informed of their actions.
What I disliked is that there was not good coordination between the GetScanned team and the scan centres and the information that was given to me was often inaccurate.
My scan was delayed for a month and I was not the most of the time clear for the reasons why.

Originally had an issue with the service but this was soon rectified immediately so thankyou, that was appreciated.
