Uk Gotogate レビュー

i was able to pay

So pathetic to put charges on every little thing that are supposed to be mandatory for air travel.
Sorry but not a good experience at all.

Speed of handling transactions and very efficient process, plus easy to understand and work with.

Straight forward and easy to book

easy follow through to book

Smooth processing but tickets with too much add on's makes the booking lengthier, more expensive and confusing. Extra baggage are expensive than competitors. Overall good!

Very quick and easy to book flights with Go To Gate.

Excellent service

Very easy to book and having used them before, I know they are prompt when there are any flight changes etc. My only gripe is about the number or 'add ons' you have to decline if you dont need them...

Easy and flexible service. Thank you.

Easy to use website. Fast confirmation. Reasonable prices.

Quick and easy to book. Was searching for a while for cheap flights and Gotogate were the cheapest.

I booked with GOTOGATE and they sent me a confirmation email which does not give me my booking details. I then have to go through a process to get this information Why. Just send all the info in the confirmation email.....They ask for a review, even that is not straightforward...

Easy to book and reliable. Got my flight itinerary as soon as payment confirmation was received.

Constant cookie pop up every 10 seconds despite setting to my choices.
Nowhere to book accessible assistance.. says I must contact somewhere else! So extra work for disability!
Masses of extra services badgering for extra money. Offers seat choice then charges- no price beforehand.
All very disappointing. Just hope the airline is less tricky….

Very easy to book, no issues. However, this is just the initial step, the flight is in a months time so hopefully i won't need to do another negative follow up review..............

Proper information is given, especially about the luggage, etc.

Excellent customer service and great service overall.

Not responsive app
Chat was frozen immediately
No booking reference was given
Communications are bad
Misleading information I booked this flight as business class with checked bags of 32kg x 2 for each passenger. After booking I found it is 23kg x 2 for each passenger.
