I’ve recently been supported by Jennifer Leeman & Leigh Green as an applicant / candidate. From first contract through to securing the role they have been amazing, absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about your situation and how you’ve come to the stage you’re at in seeking a new venture. They’re quick to respond, be it phone or email, and keep you informed of all stages from application through to interview and beyond. It’s been a refreshing experience to have this genuine support and service from recruitment professionals. In the case of Grafton, I’d say you as a candidate are valued as much as a client. These ladies, in particular, are a dream team and I will be recommending Grafton to friends and professional contacts in the future.

I wasn't even out of work a week and Leigh managed to get me 2 job interviews! She was there reassuring me whenever I needed it, I was able go call or text her at anytime and within ten minutes she would get back to me. Leigh was honestly my biggest cheerleader.. she was there for me right after my interviews and I managed to get myself 2 job offers in one day! I can honestly say that I wholeheartedly recommend Grafton Recruitment as an employment/recruitment agency. The staff are friendly and helpful and respond quickly to query's. I applied for a job after registering with them, and got through to the interview stage quite quickly.
