The power is great clears away dirt and


The power is great clears away dirt and ingrained grime with relative ease. If I had any observations in regards improvements I would suggest that the plastic power hose should be replaced with a more flexible rubber power hose similar to the one fitted to ithe we’ll know makes.

Habe den Hochdruckreiniger dieser Firma gekauft. Nach 15 Monaten war er dahin. Von der Firma selbst bekam ich auf mehrere schriftlichen Anfragen keine Antwort. Ein Stern ist hier schon zu viel. In Zukunft lasse ich die Finger von diesen Firmenprodukten.

..... und bitte jetzt nicht schreiben "es tut uns leid". Einfach auf die Mails antworten und es nicht so weit kommen lassen.

I bought a Yard Force iFlex 12v Mower &


I bought a Yard Force iFlex 12v Mower & Grass Trimmer off QVC.....terrible awful badly designed rubbish....the handle once fixed in cannot be released for it to be fitted to the strimmer, it looked to be a good idea which had it been made by a company with a brain that had gone into things properly ..it would have been, it took three of us guys the release the handle to send the poorly designed mower back to QVC...my fingers were bleeding with the pressure we had to put on the very badly designed handle button....it's a waste of plastic making this waste of time and money...look at the reviews on QVC if you doubt this review of mine.....where is the brain power in Yard Force ?? worst garden product you could ever buy...and try to contact Yard Force to complain...so many hoops to jump through they quite obviously don't want to know....I'm still patching up my fingers after attempting to dis assemble this poorly designed handle fixing........stay away from it

Worst customer service I've came across

I have a hard force battery mower itself a year old and have 2batteries after 5mins the mower cuts out with both the batteries.I have spent hours of frustrating contact there is not customer service it's all animated can't talk to anyone they are appalling I've a lawn mower I can't use and the expense of a new one is out of my reach.I could not recommend ever

Very pleased with this Lawnmower

Very pleased with this Lawnmower. Easy to set up and has started within the first couple of pulls every time. I have used it several times since purchase and find it a pleasure to use. The cut length is perfect for my needs and collects all the cuttings. I would recommend this machine. Good price, long warranty and easy to use.

Don’t believe the misleading claim re suitability for lawn size up to 409 sq metres

I purchased a LMG37A Yardforce battery mower recently. The ease of use is great but do not believe the advertising blurb which tells you it’s suitable for lawns up to 400 sq metres! Mine is only 150 sq metres but with a fully charged battery it managed only 100 sq metres before the battery conked out. Very disappointed and I think it should be supplied with a spare, or a larger capacity battery. I’m not happy to have to pay another £80 to purchase a spare battery

Lawn mower


The lawn mower appears to be well made and I was pleasantly surprised by how easily it started compared to my broken down one. Fingers crossed there won’t be any problems with this one.

Arrived damaged.poor quality

Arrived damaged reported it asked for a refund 5 weeks later

 nothing. Exceptionally poor customer service, don’t care, put obstacles in your way to resolve issue. Cannot speak to a human being!

A replacement for a very old Suffolk mower.

only had the mower two weeks cut the grass with it three times so far so good a good mower as far as l can see.

We had a problem before we used it


We had a problem before we used it where the battery charger was not working. I had a email conversation backwards and forwards with YardForce support but eventually the whole mower was replaced by Amazon when my daughter took charge, and the old one is still sitting in our hall waiting for Everi to collect.

Woeful customer service and terrible experience.

Nicky the Customer Services Assistant Manager was excellent in dealing with my warranty claim and sorting out the problems, but in all other respects the customer service from Sumec UK was completely woeful. Almost impossible to make initial contact about the problem by phone, email and web chat. Hopeless systems that say the fault is fixed when it is not. Then shipping experience was worst ever with the wrong mower sent back. The actual repair was handled quickly and effectively but the rest of the experience completely turned me off this company. Awful.

Hiding from customers

Had robot mower repaired under warranty last year. To be fair that was fairly efficient. When it came back the wifi connection wouldn’t work. Had ongoing emails with their customer support but then they stopped responding. As I needed to use it after the winter I’ve tried calling (but they refuse to take incoming calls which is a red flag) and their recorded message says to use their web chat. Tried that and they don’t even answer after half an hour I gave up.

Had a problem with a lawnmower battery . Got excellent response from Nicky in Customers service department . Emails answered immediately and replacement part ordered and despatch cofirmed

Assistante et garantie à fuir!
Je pensais que la machine était de bonne qualité.
Pourtant au bout de 2 ans, une panne.
Nous contactons donc l'assistance via leur plateforme, la machine étant encore sous garantie.
Nous créons un premier ticket qui disparait... nous créons donc un 2éme ticket qui vient de disparaitre... alors que j'ai des copies d'écran et des mails de confirmation de mes demandes.
Nous sommes furieux
Que la machine tombe en panne cela arrive mais la malhonneteté de ce fournisseur est la cerise sur la gâteau

Lawnmowers - Was happy at start but not now

Bought the 37 cm lawmower during lockdown - nice to use but grass box kept falling off. Eventually sent box back and they widened the bracket width to what it should have been when I got it. Fine. Then bought the larger 46cm but self-propulsion failed numerous times, sent it back twice (huge hassle as no box provided), and now left with no bracket to fix the handle to so can't use it. Customer service sluggish throughout and has to be chased all the time. I have given up. Changed lawnmower to Worx. Other Yardforce products I have are fine though, so it's just been the lawnmowers I've struggled with. Wish they had more responsive customer service.

UPDATE
Today I received a replacement part, but unfortunately it was the wrong part... not the U-shaped bar I need, which is missing, but another set of handles (which I already have).

Bought a lawnmower from yard force, struggling with the battery so I rang customer service and got no help and they even told me that it was not their product, what a horrible customer service and I will never buy from this terrible company again,

Lawnforce cordless battery operated lawn


Bought a cordless battery operated lawn mower, have done the first cut of the year and I’m well pleased with the performance of the mower and battery. Let’s hope I have a long and reliable experience with my mower. First impressions are looking good.

Fantastic Customer Service for Repair

Bought a Yard Force Chordless Lawnmower from Amazon in 2023 which was great at first but it started cutting out straight away whenever I used it. I gave it another go last week (March) on a rare dry day to try and get a cut in before the spring but the problem persisted.

I contacted support and they arranged to have it picked up and assessed for repair. It turns out the battery is faulty and they've replaced it and sent the lawnmower back. Customer service has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Great Customer Service

I purchased a yardforce petrol self propelled mower from Argos two years ago, had a fault on it recently but yardforce sent everything to check, and also a link to book a return if couldn't fix it, customer services was brilliant , luckily got the mower sorted and it's up and running again , giving the fact the company gives a 2 year guarantee plus an extended 1 year on top of that for this mower is value for money. Very happy with their service.
