Multiple red flags reported, including payment taken with fake delivery, lack of communication, and ignored refund requests.

I strongly advise against purchasing or sharing personal/financial details with this retailer.
If affected, contact your bank immediately and report the issue

Wrong item sent. No response to return request. Evidence sent to PayPal who refunded me. Do not use!!

Ordered a charger for my Asus laptop on 11/2/25, messaged seller after a week as no confirmation or tracking number was given, seller responded and provided tracking number only for product to arrive BROKEN and not a genuine Asus brand charger as stated. Emailed seller TWICE with picture of broken product requesting either refund or replacement, NO REPLY! Do not waste your money!

DO NOT USE, fake products that took 20 days to arrive. Ordered on 2nd Feb 2025, arrived 22nd Feb 2025.
Tracking provided and wouldn't work with the company that they give you the link for.
Eventually after contacting them 3 times my adapter arrived. Some cheap chinese brand which is NOT what was shown in the photo on the website.
Picture on the website has genuine ASUS logo on the adapter, what arrived doesn't....need I say more.
Buy direct from ASUS or you can even get the cheap Chinese adapter which is the same as the one they sent on Amazon for £11.99

This website provides no Contact Us address - which is a condition of ecommerce regulations. I won't use them.

Ordered a replacement battery on 13th August. Received a tracking number but item never arrived. Emailed and was told it was lost in transit. Another one was sent but to date no tracking number and no response to any emails. I emailed company again and received a full refund immediately. So wasn't all bad.

No contact phone number.
No record of any company of this name at Companies House.
Beware beware!

I ordered what was supposed to be an original ASUS ROG replacement battery over 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived. The company does not respond to email enquiries and has not refunded. It would appear to be a Chinese company pretending to be a UK Based company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - You will get ripped off just as I have been

I ordered an item described as an Original Charger Asus X541S X541U Laptop Adapter 45W. The image clearly showed the Asus logo on the plug, so I assumed it was genuine. What I received is an unbranded charger I could have bought at a lower price elsewhere (and without the long wait for delivery).

No response to my request to return the item. Disappointing. Don't bother with this company.
