The trips are great, the organization and service could be much better
1. 09/27/2024 - We were not met by the driver at the airport with a sign with my name. The car arrived at Terminal 4 significantly late (about 40 minutes). We were forced to wait for the car in the parking lot near the terminal. The trip itself was comfortable and pleasant. The driver was polite and friendly.
2. 10/07/2024 we received confirmation of our order with a delay and only after the hotel employee called your company and asked for confirmation and trip details: the driver's name and car number. The driver arrived at the hotel on time, was punctual, polite and friendly. We are very pleased with the trip itself.

I had a terrible experience with your company. I had already paid in advance for the trip and when it was time I had to pay another 20 pounds for an internal mistake, which had nothing to do with me.
The support didn't help me, it was rude and I felt coerced to pay this amount more.
The trip was super tense. Driver complaining all the time about the mistake, what a reinforcement, it wasn't mine! Because in the travel request I put the correct address! And even showing this to the support and the driver, I had to pay extra

Upon reviewing your booking, we noted that you reserved your trip through a third party, and we were provided with a drop-off location of E7. However, you requested a different drop-off point at IG3 9TG, which is significantly farther than the original location provided.
As a result, our driver charged you an additional £20 for the extra distance. Please understand that this discrepancy was not an error on our part; we fulfilled the journey as per the information received from the third party.
To avoid any similar issues in the future, we will ensure that we double-check all details before confirming your booking.

Faultless service
Regardless of the delayed arrival, the difficulty of getting to the meeting place (Luton is a nightmare at the best of times) and general chaos, our driver was there waiting for us, and we had regular updates by phone so that that, at least, wasn't stressful. All at no extra cost. Will definitely be using the service again.

Quality wise they are trend setters
