We used Pet Taxi for our move from Mexico to Oxford. We flew from Mexico to Paris and were picked up at our Airbnb by Saeed. The car was super large, it fit our 7 suitcases, my husband, our dog and myself. The driver was amazing and very helpful throughout the journey. Definitely worth the price for a safe trip for our little dog. The cars are super comfortable and very clean, which we really appreciated.

This journey was made so much easier by having a competent pet taxi driver, he communicated with me on where to collect me at CDG airport and kept regular contact with me until he arrived. He was so helpful and friendly. This transition was made so much easier. My two gorgeous kitties travelled from Cambodia to UK. They were comfortable in the car, felt really safe and relaxed. I highly recommend this company. I got quotes from several pet taxis and this was the best priced.

I can’t thank this taxi company enough! They went above and beyond to help me and my dog travel safely back from France to the UK via the Eurotunnel. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. The driver made the whole process stress-free, especially with the paperwork and pet travel requirements. Excellent service, and the only way I could find to get my dog across the channel without a car. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the tunnel ticketing and requirements.

I was really worried about entering the UK with my cat, as it wasn’t possible to fly together and I was told I’d have to send him as cargo. That’s why I decided to travel through France and enter by car instead. I was quite anxious at first, but after looking into pet taxi services I chose this company, and the booking process was really easy.

One of my biggest concerns was the amount of luggage I had while travelling with my cat, but thanks to the spacious vehicle we managed to get into the UK safely. The driver kindly checked over all the documents in advance and even assisted at the Pet Reception, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I’m so grateful to have been able to enter the UK safely with my cat. If I ever travel this route again, I will definitely use this company. Thank you for such excellent service!

Excellent service. Our driver helped us out and gave us guidance when we didn’t have all the correct documentation to take our dog from Paris to London . We were still able to take our trip the same day once he helped us solve the problem.

Saeed, Usman, and Ali are lifesavers. They made our journey from Toronto to Oxford via Paris as convenient as they possibly could. They managed to get us to our destination hours earlier than expected, despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, by knowing some key insights of how ticketing and timings systems work with Le Shuttle. WhatsApp communication was very efficient and we appreciate them reviewing all of our cats documents beforr our arrival. They were all extremely understanding of our requirements and made us and our cat very comfortable.

This was a fantastic service! They answered quickly to our transport request, had very fair prices, and the transport through the eurotunnel was easy and seamless. Would very highly recommend them to anyone doing the complicated travel with a pet.

We have used UK and Europe Pet Taxi several times for coming to the UK from France and returning with our dog. Every single time the company have been extremely easy to communicate with to make the booking and they always respond quickly to our requests. Driver and vehicle details are provided promptly and all of their drivers are knowledgeable about the requirements for travelling with pets. The prices are reasonable and we have always been delighted with the friendly and professional service we have received.
