This is the second time we have used this service to take us and our dog across to the UK from France. Start to finish it was straight forward and the car was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company!

Saeed was the perfect driver and I would highly recommend the company. Made everything easy for us at the border, particularly as we had a dog with us and was highly professional. Will definitely use next time.

My boyfriend needed to bring my cat from Switzerland as I recently relocated in the UK. The taxi trip started from Paris and it ended in Central London.

Everything was perfect, all my questions and worries were answered beforehand and my cat was so stress-free, literally just chilling on her dad's lap! Whilst the trip was long, everything was effective and with the best comfort!

Usmani made this experience absolutely incredible. I have a one year old boy cat named Bello and he felt so comfortable that he basically slept the whole way. It was an amazing experience and me and my “son” felt welcomed and almost like royalty. The trip itself was a breeze and everything went as smooth as butter. Used this pet taxi company to travel from Paris to London with my 2 cats.
Was requesting a quote from outside the UK and there was always very prompt response on whatsapp and payment was easy.
Upon arriving in Paris, the driver assisted with everything from loading the bags to customs clearance for our cats.
Will use them again.

Excellent service - met us off the platform at Calais Frethun, took us to the Pet Check in, where he knew exactly what to do. He is a seasoned man at the crossing and knew all the documents and next steps. We felt very comfortable knowing this man knew the process and terminal so well. We had a wonderful journey with UK and Europe Pet Taxi with my wife and 2 kids. we had the smooth trip and the driver is extremely nice. The driver also took good care to our cat. It's highly recommended for pet transfer to UK.
