Arrival was on time and work was completed in under seven hours without any inconvenience . I was consulted when there was a choice of positioning and the working of the new appliances was explained . My shelves which had to be moved were replaced without me having to ask.

We have been customers of UK Boiler Care for several years after the installation of a new gas boiler and improvement to the central heating system. They have serviced the boiler since installation. Due to the heat waves, I enquired about air conditioning, Sean did a site survey and later that day, Andrew sent a quote via email. This was accepted and an installation date of 6th July agreed.
Bosch Air Conditioning was installed to two bedrooms in a day by Adam and Sean, the systems look brilliant, very neat and tidy.
We have never slept so well during the hot weather! When both units are running in 'silent' mode, they are SO quiet, and use less electricity than one of our mobile air con units we have downstairs!
Great customer service, and people to do business with.

Having had an oven repair, we needed our gas supply checked to the hob which turned out to be faulty. We needed a new gas supply fitted in short order which was a headache as we are mid-season in our business. Jake, from UK BOILERCARE was fabulous, put my mind at ease, sorted diaries and did the job brilliantly in little time. Thank you Jake for all your help; you went above and beyond and we are very grateful.

Your team worked speedily and efficiently and were very knowledgable of the equipment that they were installing. They also tidied up and cleared away all rubbish on completion.
