This was my 2nd purchase from UK Custom Covers, a waterproof windscreen cover for my MK7 Transit van (1st was seat covers for the same vehicle). Unfortunately the wrong cover was delivered but when a company respond to your email, arrange pick up of the incorrect one and deliver the correct one within 5 days, you cannot fault it. Mistakes happen, but good companies have good customer service and this one was excellent. In addition, the quality of both products I have bought are superb.

A very smooth transaction. We bought covers both for our boat and our motorhome and were very pleased with both. The price was very reasonable. Delivery was as promised and the covers were well packaged and fitted very well. The material feels strong enough so I'm hopeful of good results for the coming year or two.

Absolutely LOVE these custom covers. This is the second one we have had now. We have large breed dogs and the cheap ones just didn’t last. These are absolutely fantastic and highly recommend.

I only had not realized I had to pay import duties, as shipment was from UK to Netherlands.

I used their website to find a cover for my Fiat Ducato Van based Motorhome. After spending some time going through the options the site showed a MC861GREY was the one for me. When we fitted it we were very disappointed with the fit. It may fit coachbuilt vehicles OK but is a very poor fit on my van based vehicle. The length is OK because it is required by their website. However the height is far to big, there is about a foot of material piled up at the bottom of the wheels which ends up in folds that collect and retain rain water so the material here is nearly always wet. I would recommend you buy a cover for a van based conversion from another supplier unless you own a small VW camper van.

I believed I ordered an MGTF cover
Which I believe is correctly supplied.
However I have a hardtop and this makes the cover very tight. At the centre line of the car it’s about 200mm short.

Product is great but return system is poor

Bought a bootliner for our Volvo XC90 at nearly £100. The delivery was quick and the product looked of good quality when we unpackaged it. The velcro needed to fit it wasn’t sent with the liner so we had to wait for it to be delivered. Unfortunately the velcro only kept the liner in place for a few days, subsequently more velcro was sent which didn’t even last a few days. The boot is now trashed and covered in dog hair which is frustrating as had the boot liner done it’s job we wouldn’t have to pay £80 to have it valeted. Ultimately the liners aren’t fit for purpose. We are waiting for a refund which isn’t enough for the inconvenience caused and the fact we need to pay £80 to have the boot valeted.

Has Trust pilot got a problem? I received today an email showing a response dated 6 months after the review was posted and it seems that a seperate review has been concatenated with my one-line review for Custom Covers and the rating for the second review attributed to this . Custom Covers recived a 5 STAR RATING - I have now received my glasses and am fully satisfied with them. However, I am very disappointed by the poor service procedures following placing the order. It seems that customer service is switched off once the order has been placed and payment made. I received no notification that the glasses were in store and ready to collect despite the fact that they were waiting for me for 3.5 weeks and the fitting was fairly cursory and off hand.
