I ordered campervan external covers. Good quality but they didn’t fit. I realised I had missed the warning note blazed across the top of the description advising they wouldn’t fit my van with a pop top. I contacted the company and was advised no problem. They helped me return them through their returns process and provided a refund.
They also provided me with advice on alternative products.

Sent an email with a query about the windscreen cover for a 2005 Citroen Relay. I received a positive reply the next day so went ahead and ordered. 3 days later I received the cover and am very happy with it. The fit is great and although not as thick as my previous one, it will do the job perfectly for us.

Sent a simple enquiry asking if they make a boot liner for my new car and Customer Service was rubbish - required 2 emails and a phone call. Don't bother with them if that's then quality of customer service.

Order window cover for my T5 campervan, excellent product and delivered within 24 hours!

I purchased a boot liner for my Volvo estate. It’s excellent quality and a fraction of the cost anywhere else.

I did have a small problem fitting the liner, but Ewan and Lynn were super responsive and helpful.

I bought a full set about 7 years ago and the driver side had started to give on the stitching so I bought just the front ones as the back ones are still like new. I use the truck everyday and are well worth the money if they last

Although the cover is well cut & manufactured with quality buckles and zips, the fabrics are not up to the job. Ideal as a dust cover in a dry environment. The boat cover I had has just gone through its first winter and has failed. The fabric is already holed, it is definitely not UV stable & the draw string is perished. It lets water in & it hasn't protected the boat.
Considering the last cover was over 10 years old and I only changed it because it looked like it may fail at some time.
Not good & I wouldn't buy again.

Bought the leatherette seat covers for T6 transporter and reported to them that the bench seat covers pushes on the seat belt socket so much that you have to use excessive force to fit your seat belt due to the material covering the socket, you have to try and pull the material to one side and push the seatbelt in with all of your might to make it click, my 12 year old and my partner struggle to do this every time they get in the passenger seat and this shouldn’t be happening. They asked for photos, they were impressed how well I had fitted them so admitted it was not an issue with installation. They sent replacement seat covers with worse fitment than the one I had, reason for my negative feedback is I probably called and emailed 4/5 times and each time just broken promises of call backs and resolution, they do not take you seriously. I am left with a seat cover that is dangerous as it prevents the seat belt from being used properly, everyday we have to deal with this issue!!! Really poor how they treat customers hoping they will just go away because they can’t resolve their issues, they shouldn’t be selling them until they can manufacture them correctly. Will be reaching out to my credit card company to charge back if I don’t hear anything soon as this company just do not respond to you, and the cover is not fit for purpose. It has been nearly 3 months and still no resolution!

I was looking for a set of van covers and could not identify which were the correct ones. A quick call to Becky at Custom Covers put my mind at ease, and I ordered there and then. was sent the wrong seat covers out . was not told by the company that they were sending ones with 'sport line on ' they just sent them out anyway. this was annoying.
the delivery was quick i'll give them that.. but wasn't what i ordered.
arranged to be picked up 11 days ago , which they were, yet i am still waiting for a refund for something which wasn't my fault . very slow emailing back . i just want my money back to be honest. gutted as id had my eye on these seat covers for my van for ages, and thought id treat myself but no. just left disappointed.
asked when they would be back in stock . they don't know .
please send me my money back please

Good seat cover the seat cover with the integrated head rest on the Nissan primastar seat covers didn't have fixings on the back but apart from that there good

I’ve been buying products from this company for years and everything I’ve bought, from car seat covers to caravan covers have been excellent quality.
More importantly on the rare occasions I’ve had to contact their customer service team by phone or email the responsiveness has been perfect.
I would highly recommend this company.

Although my covers for the transit custom 2024 on came on time there is a quality issue
Headrest holes not punched out
The cutout section for the passenger seatbelt top section was too small and tore when installing
Headrest covers so not fit
The drivers seat base on the sport van with electric seat cannot get it fitted and also it has double armrests not one and I couldn’t find any info or disclaimer for the sport version
The passenger seat drop down inner section will not fit with the covers on as it’s too tight and I have tried and tried

Real shame as I had high hopes and they do look good initially
I should have just returned them but I persevered and tried to adjust them and damaged them

Might work for some but not for me

"Ribbed Rubber", MAT, deffo not what you want for your Fiat Ducato Cab !!!!! DO not purchase the Mats.

My order was delivered quite quickly, no issues there, BUT it seems to have been stored around a giant Toblerone tube or something, it literally is not flat and RIBS will not flatten.

It should have been delivered on a round tube and I certainly shouldn't have to lay it flat, or as suggested put something with a heavy weight on it, it is not fit for purpose.

Better to purchase the cheap rubber matting On Temu and cut out your own flat Mat !

Custom Covers have said and literally quote,"I am sorry your mat has these waves, however I would assume that these will drop out over time", WTAF ??? yes we agree it has waves.

How long shall I press it on the Garage Floor for ??? instead of maybe, USE IT.

As an Accounts Manager in an OEM Engineering Company , and Customer Service provider this is just poor.

(Note* I will always give a fair and honest review, with some of mine full of Praise, not this one OBVS)

Was easy to order, arrived quickly fits perfectly.

Excellent service. Good product. Patience needed when fitting the covers but looks good when all done. Order was delivered promptly despite order being place around christmas. Would recommend.
