all the guys that came to work on our installation were very polite and respectful of our property. They were also very helpful explaining everything very carefully so that we could understand the equipment supplied.

From the initial contact through the survey, installation and after sales support the company have been very professional. If you are looking for a solar panel installation company you do not need to look any further. I have no hesitation in recommending them, you won’t be disappointed.

Having had Eco Energy solar panels and storage batteries installed my EPC rating for my property was re-evaluated by the energy efficiency rating from what was a C rated to an incredible A rated property. Well worth the investment.

Eco energy installed the solar panels and air-source heat pump on the new build we bought 2 years back.

As such, I thought it made sense to ask them to quote when I decided recently to take the leap and get a solar battery as well.

It ended up with them managing the whole process for me, including removing the existing inverter from the loft, siting a new (larger) inverter in the garage, sorting out the re-wiring required, installing the battery itself and also doing the G99 application, so I could export more energy to the grid - so all in all, quite a lot!

The installers did a great job, so a shout out to Andy, Glen and Guz - who were all prompt, knowledgeable, polite and very friendly. They did a great job with the re-wiring - you wouldn't even know the difference it was that neat.

I think you rate a company by how they handle things that do not go to totally plan, and when we hit some minor configuration doubts at the end (down to my choice of solar battery vendor I should state - as I went "off piste" from their approved list), they took ownership for me and worked with the supplier to get the issues resolved and all working smoothly.

Last (and by no means least), I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Robin, who assured me things would be sorted when I had my doubts, and was always sending updates as we progressed things towards the final resolution. He was extremely patient with me - and treated me like I was the only customer he had - text book customer service - which made all the difference to me.

I have no hestitation in recommending Eco Energy if you are looking into Solar, Air Source Heat pumps or solar batteries, they really do know their stuff!

James and Gus were here on time, did a really first rate job, left no mess and explained everything I needed to know. Would recommend their services to anybody.

We have been considering solar panels for sometime now and we spoke to James who explained the system to us. We then booked an appointment for a detailed visit from David Nash who is the owner and Managing Director. He visited us at home and there was no pressurised selling just a walk around showing us where the hardware would go and a fuller explanation of the solar panel system. He suggested that we didn’t get batteries at this stage but to wait to see what the figures showed us. We then shortly afterwards received a detailed quote which we were happy with so we decided to proceed. We had to pay a 50% deposit to continue and an installation date was fixed for 2 weeks in the future (15/7/25). The day arrived and 2 workman turned up in 2 vans at 9.45am both bearing logos of UK Eco energy Solutions. Whilst we were doing a walk around a further 3 vans all bearing Logos (and personalised number plates) arrived with a further 4 workers. From that moment on it was like a well oiled machine!
Three workers were on the roof fitting the solar panels, one in the garage installing the inverter, one in the house connecting the inside equipment and the last fitting the outside wiring. Unfortunately I can’t remember all their names but they were all polite, informative and professional. The work was all completed in just over four hours and the equipment all appears to work perfectly well and is neat and good to look at. We have since had a follow up visit from James and a phone call from David Nash. We were impressed enough to have now ordered 2 batteries which will be installed next week. I apologise for the long winded review but we are completely happy with the service and equipment and I wanted to convey how efficient the whole process was. One satisfied customer.

We decided on a battery, all fitted quickly and cleanly The great thing is that the electricity usage us being monitored from their offices, and adjusting if they feel necessary. Fully trust them to leave in their hands. Office staff extremely helpful. I would fully recommend this company. Astonishing amount and quality of work! We recently moved into a property with a coal-fired Aga, some radiators and night storage heaters.. very 19th century!
From my initial contact with Kurt, through delivery with Joanne and Ash we’ve now entered the 21st century with an air source heat pump with new and updated radiators throughout. New pressurised hot water has done wonders for water pressure and removed some noisy pumps. Work was very professional with an amazing amount of pipe work installed in the loft and everything left clean and tidy. Solar panels and battery to follow…..cannot fault technical capability or their work ethic.

From the initial consultation with the Managing Director, David, through to the installation and office team we have been so impressed with the service provided. We had an appointment scheduled for a salesperson to visit us and discuss a potential battery installation for our existing solar panels. Before the visit, the managing director called me, and we talked about the work. I found him to be friendly, open, and honest. Based on the information he provided, we decided that batteries were not suitable for our needs.
