We had our solar panel and battery system installed last year, we found the installation engineers and electricians to be respectful, polite and of the highest calibre, installation was smooth and without hitch. Office staff are helpful and friendly and having had a recent query (a year after installation), this was dealt with very quickly and professionally by Robin. We would not hesitate to recommend David and the team for a great installation and aftersales service.

I have had a 10 PV panel installation fitted this December by Uk ecoenergysolutions.

I am extremely pleased with the installation and even with the dull overcast of the last 10 days the system has produced 14Kws of free electricity.

The whole process from initial approach, through survey by David Nash, to installation and commissioning was totally seamless and stress free.

Uk ecoenergysolutions is a thoroughly professional company with a friendly ethical approach to business. They employ all there own staff and have a first rate workforce. The project was managed by Joanne and I had the pleasure of meeting my installation teams and was impressed with their skill and enthusiasm. I would like to give recognition and thanks to the electricians team of Glenn and Andy for a superb job and mention Gus ,apprentice electrician whose attitude and enthusiasm was commendable. (It is good to see a local company providing apprenticeship opportunities.) Equally the Roofing team of Kian, Aiden and Josh worked skilfully, safely, and quickly under slippery conditions. The finished installation is even aesthetically pleasing!
I have visited the company offices; and again the efficiency and friendliness from top down is impressive.

We had solar panels installed last week. A brilliant service from start to finish. The team were very professional and friendly, they respected our property and were clean and tidy working at all times. Great experience, team are a credit to the company.

Had an ASHP installed.
They have a solid, knowledgeable team. Was pleased with the install proposals and they committed to timings expected. Bit of drag sorting out the BUS grant but got there in the end.
Would definitely recommend getting a competitive quote.

We had our solar panels installed a year ago in June and where impressed with the whole process so went back to this firm and spoke to Kurt Fletcher about having some more work done. We would highly recommend using this company, the panel fitters where very polite and courteous, they are great from beginning to the end of the whole process and are more than happy to help with after sales queries.

Really bad at there job , unprofessional. Would not recommend atal. , eco replied to my comment saying they haven't done work for me and that this is a scam... I promise it ain't a scam they just can't handle the truth , so now there unprofessional rubbish at there job and now they are liars . Do not trust this company!

Also watch out this company is not MCS approved and can therefore not claim the Government grant Heat Pumps. They will try and tell you that this can be claimed back by the customer, which is not the case

I needed my electric check done and the fuse box changed ASAP and UK Eco Energy Solutions give me an appointment very quickly. The job is being completed with such great professionalism and enthusiasm by Lee and Adam.

I was well informed throughout the process and sent documentation which gave me various options for solar configuration (I had a complicated configuration of 3 sets of panels with one set on a flat roof).

They don't mess about with the installation, with absolutely no disruption in the garden, roof or inside the house.

Sleek appearance of solar panels and great quality equipment, optimised for maximum performance with fantastic products with excellent product support, especially from Solis (the manufacturers of the inverter). I have never known a company with this level of service support.

Post installation the projected power generation was remarkably accurate.

I would recommend that if you want a Solar System that emergency power system, you should mention this at the time of the site inspection as the requirements for backup power are completely different (and much more expensive) than if you want to have a cost efficient solar power system with rapid payback of the investment into the system).

My payback on the system is likely to be around 7 to 8 years which is well within the warranty of the system (10 years for inverter, 25 years for solar panels, batteries have 5 year warranty but are likely to last more than 12 years).

I would highly recommend the company!

Having established that I wanted to invest in solar energy as a long term investment it was important for me to find a company I could trust to do a professional job from start to finish. Despite the investment being large the company and all of the staff that work at UK ECOENERGY SOLUTIONS clearly demonstrated to me that I was making the right decision to employ them to under take the installation. Furthermore, the independent insurance backed guarantee gave me the peace of mind that my written guarantee was worth the paper it was written on. A big thank you to Anthea who I was allocated as my project coordinator and who kept me informed at each step of the project.

Although we have had a few hick up whilst our property was installed fifteen soler panels,a battery and heat source pump , David has ironed out any problems that enlighten during this time.
During the cold spell ,a small problem with our heat source pump enlightened causing our heating to go off ! Mel Jo were good listeners with the cold affecting our age and health ailments, both kept us in the loop to ensure we had a good engineer to solve the problem. Mel and Jo even got the engineer to move our date of appointment closer on his appointment with us.
We found the engineer very professional finding the root of the problem and carried out in the freezing cold the work needed on the same day to ensure we had heating before his leaving. He was friendly , plainly explaining the issue to solve the heat source pump problem. our welcomed heating is now back on . Great Customer service. We had a few hiccups along the way but UK Eco Energy Solutions helped find ways of resolving the issues. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt and courteous service. Initial query was dealt with in a timely and knowledgeable way. The installation was completed on time without fuss despite the roof installers initially making an orientation error - which was corrected without problem. Follow up contact always dealt with quickly and without any hassle. Throughout the entire process they have been totally transparent and informative on the progress of my order.
So far the system has been completely reliable. I have now been in contact about EV charging, with the same excellent service.
My son-in-law has also had two installations from them, both domestic and at his work, again with the same excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend UK Eco Energy for solar energy installation.

Having made a stupid mistake with some DIY, I was feeling pretty stressed when I called UK Eco Energy. David was superb on the phone and shortly after Ash called and walked me through how to make my ASHP system safe. They were brilliant at looking after me, when I needed it most. The following day, one of the team came out and put my mistake right to get us going again. This wasn't about selling me something, it was about looking after one of their customers. What a relief to not get ripped off!

After having made requests to local solar panel companies, UK ECO ENERGY SOLUTIONS Ltd were the only company that arranged a meeting to discuss my requirements and give a full costing and Breakdown of potential earning and pay back.

We had our ASHP fitted by Eco Energy Solutions just over 2 years ago which we are very pleased with. We had problem last week when the heating stopped working. After contacting Eco Energy the service we received was excellent. They came the same day and established that a new part was required which was covered by the ASHP guarantee. This arrived within a couple of days and was fitted straight away. I would recommend Eco Energy Solutions to anyone who is thinking about investing in an ASHP. Great customer service.
