I am highly disappointed with the service and communication from UK GVS Global. I started my process in 2022, and the last communication I received from their team was in June 2025.
Throughout this time, I paid all requested fees promptly, yet after payments were made, communication became extremely poor. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I received no meaningful updates or clarity on the status of my application. It felt as though my money had been taken with no accountability or transparency regarding the process.
For a service that deals with important immigration matters, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through is unacceptable. Clients deserve regular updates, clear timelines, and basic communication — none of which were consistently provided in my experience.
Given that I received no assistance or progress on my application, I believe a refund is warranted. I would not recommend this service based on the prolonged delays, poor communication, and lack of professionalism I encountered.

I got to know clearly about the visa service by a simple call of them. The information they provided will help me to decide whether I will be eligible for a work visa or not.

Total Scam. Took three years for them to finally tell me I was not eligible for a "skilled worker" VISA but whatever skills I lacked did not stop them from taking my money. At no time was there a question of what skills I might have or needed to have. I emailed or called every month over that three year period and either was ignored or lied to. Worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. Don't waste your time or your money

Title: Deeply Disappointed – Broken Promises and Zero Transparency

My experience with UKGVS has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, I was given countless promises that were never upheld. There has been a complete lack of communication and transparency throughout the entire process. Messages go unanswered for weeks, sometimes completely ignored, leaving me in the dark about what is (or isn’t) happening.

I started this process back in December, and was assured I would have my visa by August this year. Based on that promise, I made major life decisions — including giving up my home and a job opportunity — trusting that UKGVS would deliver on their word. It’s now clear that was a mistake.

I have seen no evidence whatsoever that any meaningful work has been done on my case. The service is overpriced, unreliable, and deeply unprofessional. I’ve requested a full refund, as I truly feel no services have been completed.

At this point, I do not trust this company, and neither should you. Save your money, time, and peace of mind — look elsewhere

I originally submitted my Citizenship application in September 2023 — almost two years ago.

Since then, I have complied with every requirement, providing extensive documentation and successfully completing both the Life in the UK and IELTS Life Skills B1 tests. I also supplied Police Records, Bank Statements, and Certified Translations of my Marriage and Education Diploma Certificates, among other documents.
Furthermore, I have been married to a British-born citizen for 25 years, which, as I understand it, should have simplified the process considerably.
Throughout this period, I have repeatedly sought support from several of your colleagues — including . Despite my efforts, I have received no meaningful assistance,your manager in particular, assured me on several occasions that he would call back with updates but failed to follow through every time.
I received your message today and is the first written correspondence I have received since December 2024. This lack of communication and progress clearly demonstrates that my case is being mishandled.
Attempts to reach their office by phone have been equally unsuccessful. Calls are not returned, voicemail messages go unanswered, and on multiple occasions I have been left waiting on hold for over 40 minutes, only for the line to drop.
Given the excessive delay and consistently poor service, I am formally requesting a full refund. I will then proceed to reapply directly through the Government, to whom I have already raised concerns about the unacceptable service I have received from this firm.
In addition, I have contacted Sky News And Gb News, both of whom have agreed to investigate my case alongside numerous others, as evidenced by the growing number of complaints detailed on Trustpilot.
I KNOW UKGVS WILL RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW APOLOGISING AND ASKING PEOPLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM. HOW CAN I if THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

Very bad experience.They don't know how to submit the documents properly. I got my visa application rejected two times because of the fault of consulting team. i think they are purposefully making mistakes in the application so that we will pay more and more money to apply again. So i request you all..please don't take the risk.My application got rejected two times due to the mistakes made by global agency. When i submitted it through an another agency, within one week i received the visa. So guys global is not the right choice in my personal opinion
