From ordering to delivery

From ordering to delivery, very straightforward process, as it should be, and the product is superb quality. Very informative product detail on the website.
Highly recommended and will definitely use again, already referred to a friend who has also ordered.

Unnecessary correspondence

Delivery OK, product nice but 4 or 5 emails followed asking for review so here is your review, would have been 5 stars if you didn't fill my inbox with unnecessary messages!

Hi, Unfortunately we have no control over the volume of emails sent by Trustpilot but have raised this issue with no response from them.

For any other customers facing this issue please consider sending an email to Truspilot themselves rather than leaving us the negative review.

There is also an unsubscribe link in the email so if you do not wish to leave a review after the 1st email, simply click the link to avoid any further correspondence from them.

Sick to the back teeth of constant emails

I have given a one star review BUT not for the product or service they are both great and I have bought twice from this company and will do again IF YOU Please stop asking for reviews. THIS IS THE 5TH OR 6TH TIME YOU HAVE PESTERED ME THIS WEEK. IF ON THE FIRST OCCAISION I DO NOT SUBMIT A REVIEW IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKLEY I WILL SUBMIT ONE AFTER THE 6TH PESTERING! SO you have your review you pestered me for but not such a good one hey?

Hi Caroline,

We're sorry that the review request caused you such distress. Unfortunately we have no control over the volume of emails that were sent by TrustPilot and were unaware that they had sent so many.

There is a 'unsubcribe' link in the email which would have prevented any emails being sent after you unsubscribed therefore preventing multiples being received and would have taken 1 click to prevent any follow up emails.

Perhaps, you could leave TrustPilot a review so they send less as there is unfortunately nothing we can do other than to stop using their service altogether.
