booking process was so easy and efficient was done in 5 minutes everything was so clear on what to do and what not to do the manager was amazing and we spoke to him all the time having a laugh our marshal was brilliant i think his name was rory but it was amazing we booked this for my birthday and we booked for the whole day but we unfortunately were running out if paintballs so it was our marshal who on lunch took my group in personally and set us up a private game to use the last of our paint ball in a friend group free for all never felt so welcome in a place like this and it was just amazing everyone is so kind and thoughtful and ill definitely be coming again

I can’t rate the paintballing just yet as we havnt been yet. But n booked this for 14 of us on Thursday through Luis, he called back when he said he would made sure we got the dah we wanted. Was clear and friendly in everything he said. What a nice bloke.

Didn’t have to take took long on phone to book, just until 5 mins to book paintball,

I called today as I had a couple of questions. I spoke to Luis, and he was absolutely wonderful. He not only answered all my questions, but also gave me info that I had not even thought of. After giving me a good half an hour of his time, taking the time to walk me through everything, I went ahead and booked it for my granddaughter's birthday party. We are all really excited, if the party is as good as the service provided by Luis, then the children are in for a fabulous time!!!!
We can't wait and Boo, my granddaughter, is buzzing to get the invitations out to her frineds

Luis provided amazing service and was incredibly efficient. I was unfortunately late in booking my paintball session, but Luis reassured me that he would find a way to secure a spot. Fortunately, he managed to get me booked in. Overall, 10/10!

Enquired via email late on the evening and was surprised to receive a phone call promptly the next morning by Luis who was brilliant to deal with and answered all my questions giving me confidence the session would be ideal for my son and his friends.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating i had some issues last minute and a staff member called Lewis was very helpful in solving my problems, could not fault the service

Not a great experience to be honest. Told to arrive for 12.15 and waited an hour before starting due to one player in another party being late. 50 odd people left waiting for one person is ludicrous and at 3.30 we had only played 2 games so had to leave due to a booking elsewhere. If you advertise 12.30 till 4 make it happen not everyone can extend the time spent there. No instruction was given as to what was going on until we asked, communication was very poor all day, the safety brief was rubbish, one guy shouting who could not be heard due to a kids party behind us, then they wonder why people do dangerous things. Guns constantly jammed or discharged all air from cylinders, just a shoddy set up. Found staff to be rude and obnoxious when spoken to, really disappointing activity for the start of a stag day.

Don't book through UK Paintball, they are only an agency, they don't operate the paintball venue and have no control on what's happening and don't know anything. Search for the local vendor and talk to him directly. Expect to spend at least £100 per person for a full days paintballs, or £50 for half a day.

Andrew has been a great help during whole booking process. I had to book few numbers, then add few more and then adjust the final number etc. Appreciate his help and patience with me. Next we can't wait to attend the actual action.. It's going to be an awesome teenager birthday event.. Thanks Andrew...
