Luis has been absolutely brilliant

Luis has been absolutely brilliant! His customer service is truly world class. Responding to my queries all in one day. Very efficient and amazing! Because of his service and efficiency I will definitely recommend all of my friends this fun activity.

The company is so blessed to have him!

Brilliant Customer service

Easy booking facility, luis phoned me up and advised me that wickford site was available for the date I required great customer service.. look forward to seeing you guys later on in the year.

Last minute booking 😊

I had to make a last minute booking online, I had Luis on the phone. Great customer service and helped the booking run smoothly. Looking forward to the paint balling tomorrow 😊

Luis really was patient with our booking as some of the group couldn't decide when to go. Explained everything really simply which helps enormously.. Thanks Luis lolling forward to the actual day now.

Excellent customer support

Luis and Lizzie were extremely fast to respond when emailed for support and were able to help me through a very complicated booking process due to cancelations

Andrew was amazing on the phone

Andrew was amazing on the phone, he fully explained all the details and was able to answer all my questions. Very friendly on the phone which is always a plus!

Brilliant customer care while booking


Brilliant customer care while booking the venue.. Andrew was such a massive help, considering a few of my mates messed about with the booking but finally got it booked. All ready for the day in March

Important to know - money non refundable if you cancel within 7 days!

booked a visit but had to cancel as some of the lads dropped out, was told it was non refundable as it was within 7 days! not impressed and won't be booking again!

We’re sorry to hear that you felt we were worthy of a 1 star review. ‹‹

Looking at the booking we received a request to cancel the booking this morning for the session tomorrow. Unfortunately, giving less than 24 hours notice to cancel the event does result in the booking being cancelled without refund. The venue will have already prepared for the group to arrive tomorrow. ‹‹

Our cancellation policy does include a 7 day period before a game date where bookings are non-refundable. This can be viewed on our website, on the checkout page before completing a booking online, and on the booking email which is sent out once the booking is confirmed.

‹‹If the players who can still make tomorrow do wish to still attend, we do have other groups booked in, so we can get them involved in the games. Or if you have a new date in the future, please let us know and we will speak to the venue manager and see if we can get the booking moved over to the new date. Please just drop us an email at customerservice@ukpaintball.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

Amazing day out!!

Amazing day out!!

I organised paintballing as a surprise for my partner’s birthday. Despite some difficulties arranging a suitable date with his friends, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were very understanding and made everything run smoothly. They all had a brilliant time.”
