UK Probate helped us to secure Grant of Probate within 2 months of my Father's passing. I'm sure we could have managed the paperwork ourselves, but I've no doubt it would have taken a lot longer and would have been significantly more stressful.They were excellent value and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

UK Probate provide a first rate service from start to finish. They handled all the complex tax consequences of Trust Wills, use of Deed of Variation and Transfer of Allowances with HMRC.

If you look at the HMRC web site it is rather difficuilt if you are not familiar with all the rules and allowances.

I have used UK Probate twice, with excellent experiences on both occasions. The process was clear, straightforward and always well explained. I felt supported throughout, Tara was always available to help and responded quickly to queries. She was patient and understanding of delays on my part at times when I was finding dealing with two close bereavements close together overwhelming. Very easy to deal with and straight forward paperwork to fill in. Also good continuing service after Probate was sucessfully obtained regarding inheritance Tax etc., Always had details available when any questions raised. Would thoroughly recommend.

In Early June My dad passed away with Liver failure abroad, I came across UK probate and received a call back From Tara who explained what she needed in terms of information and how much it would cost.
My dads case unfortunately wasn’t too straight forward as he exchanged on a property to sell a couple of weeks before passing away and then we was not able to complete for obvious reason.
With Potential fines looming Tara was able to speak to the people in charge of probate in the Uk and was able to get it expedited.
From start to finish we received full probate in around 5 weeks.
If there’s a company out there telling you that they can get you emergency probate.. they would be lying.

Tara done her very best and chased it every single day for me.
Answering all emails within 30 mins and explained the next step.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would at such a hard time

We completed on the house sale yesterday.
