He carried out a thorough inspection of the roof and used a drone and camera glasses to take detailed photos of any issues. We needed an independent surveyor to advise us about the roofing work we were having done. We had some worries about particular aspects of the work, so we asked for that to be a special focus.

Our surveyor was extremely helpful, not just during the considerately-arranged inspection visit itself and in the detailed report he gave us, but in the fact that he followed this up by remaining available to advise us in the following days and weeks as we continued to work with our builders. In particular, his knowledge and advice gave us greater confidence and helped us to be clearer about what what was important and what we needed to do to move our situation on.

Staff on the phone in the office were also very friendly and helpful. The survey was arranged very quickly.

Altogether, the company proved to be excellent value for money. I would certainly recommend them.
