Very straightforward order process and fairly quick to deliver. Plenty of emails. The documentation was a little underwhelming and looked like it had been done as a project and not quite the polished article.
Set up was good but nothing worked. I emailed the helpline and they were quick to respond. It appeared that the VPN supplied had not been set up correctly, if at all, so once that was corrected everything worked properly.
The set up of the payment system was poor and took me several attempts to get out to work. I’m not sure why I needed to set up a €99 monthly payment when I had already painted €299 from the outset. The €200 was for the return of the equipment later but the €99 was for the first monthly payment so why I had to pay twice I do not know.

Great service and quite simple installation
Now enjoying a good reception and TV range of channels etc.

They are really good, and patient, and really work, when you have a problem (like me, trying to re-rig SKY after having had our fibre lines broken for several months, and I had to restart, forgetting what plugged into where etc. )

Honestly I recommend them extremely highly - they work with you either by phone or email, and though their hours are regular weekdays, they also put time in at weekends if you have a problem. Now I'm all sorted - they even simplified my p/w to make life easier...

The issue i had was rectified very quickly.

This has been a very positive experience: everything works consistently well; the company give support when needed and we are very happy with everything included in this package.

Simply the best customer support team in the business. Nothing is too hard or trivial for these people. I wouldn't even consider changing providers.

Struggled with increasingly poor Satellite signal for years. Now have all Sky, Netflix and Paramount for less than I was paying for a limited set of Sky channels.
100% reliable over several months so far and it goes with us on European holidays.
