The initial process of connecting is not straightforward for those of us who are not tech natives, but the instructions provided are clear and the technical help via email was good and prompt. More importantly, the streaming service itself is excellent.

A few problems setting up as with all new kit, but these were fixed very quickly. Very prompt feedback and support.

Couldn’t be happier. Very quick turnaround of the order and fast delivery. Set up is so simple, we were watching within ten minutes of taking out of the box. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Paul, Alex, Federico, and the team are amazing. They close on a Friday at 4.30, but I sumitted my support request at that time because I had an issue with SKY channels, nothing else. Sky Stream boxes have a small bug in them which causes a tech error, in very few boxes I might add, it is well documented on the internet, I was unlucky. By Saturday 11am I had some guideline of what to try (I had done these) and then Paul called me around 12ish and we talked our way through a FULL factory reset - done in 10 minutes. It is so refreshing to see that there are some companies out there that go the extra mile. I even had all my playlists restored. 200% recommend this company, and most importantly, my wife is happy :)

We got our sky box quickly and it works perfectly.

Service worked but for me I decided to stick with my original provider as its just my account im paying more but i prefer not sharing ids etc for streaming apps

A comprehensive TV package at a reasonable price. Support service is very quick and effective, but thankfully rarely needed.

Had a few issues setting up but Paul was on the ball sorting everything in the one evening. Even helped after 10 pm in the evening. Not many do that those days. Highly recommend UKSatellite after this experience.

Although streaming is the future and the end of satellite dishes is not far away, I signed up for the Sky Stream service with some trepidation, having read several reviews from people who I now know did not understand their home wi-fi network. But from start to finish, the installation was completely glitch free. The pre-sales communication was more than encouraging. The installion took five minutes and after 4 weeks of careful scrutiny, the techical quality of the video streaming is better than anything I get from my non-Sky streaming boxes, and from my big dish. It takes a while to get used to the home page, but eventually, it makes the trad Sky page look clunky. And her indoors loves the remote control and can’t stop talkimg to it, with the button pressed, whereupon the box does everything she commands. And if you have any questions, the team answers promptly. If you are thinking if taking the plunge for a Sky Stream puck, then run, don’t walk, to UKSatellite.TV

You provide a good range of channels and include Netflix as part of the package.
Some of the instructions on how to access certain channels however is a bit confusing

I am a new customer. Signing up was simple and I have received the kit as promised. I still have to set it up. But UK Satellite has done everything it promised, so far.

Really good experience. Friendly, courteous and efficient from the outset. All staff including technical staff do their best to bring the process to a level the user can understand. Customer service at its best. I would highly recommend this company

They have very good technical support 👏.
Each time I need them, they react very fast. Even on weekends!
You just have to send an email to their technical team explaining the issue, and they usually reply the same day.
Very often, the problem is resolved the same day!
