Very poor, no telephone contact number. Where is the service? No email response at weekend, I have gone with another company. Also looked through previous reviews and seen messages / threats of legal response for not cancelling or sending the card back?? Please forward these legal / illegal responses to me and I will look over them whilst me and my solicitor have a laugh!

Been with them since 2014 now and we have never had any problems at all. We get excellent TV and exceptional customer support, even on weekends and holidays! Switched from skycards.eu due to poor service and support and have never looked back

It was a pleasure to order from UKSatellite. They were very nice and more, very friendly and delivery was speedy. I recommended them to one of my friends already. UKSatellite to me is the best place to get SKY TV abroad. Thanks again and I wish you the best.

Excellent service. It came in 2 days, activated online in under an hour. Now in Switzerland and enjoying Sky TV with the VPN router. Could not be happier.

Here in Belgium US Sports is not covered very much. I found UKsatellite TV back when they were called SkyEurope and I am still with them. They have great service and answer emails every day, also on a Sunday. The US Sports on Sky is just great. I am very happy. Keep it up guys!

We use UKSat for our vacation home in France. It is really perfect and we are very happy with the service.

Ordered the card and VPN router for my friend that I stay with in NL several times a year. Everything arrived, however, now when we go to access the website for help with the installation, whether he accesses it in NL or I try to access it in US, it says FORBIDDEN with the error response 403. I can understand if there's an issue with accessing the site from the US, but when I ordered it on 6Dec while in NL, there were no issues whatsoever. This is really poor service as now we can't even get any support to help set it up. If that's the case, we're still within our 14 day full refund return window and we'll just send everything back and go elsewhere.....

Turns out there was just something wrong with the emails. UK Satellite TV did not get my latest messages and only had the old ones from last year, to which they had promptly replied back then. Anyway, thanks to this here site UK Satellite TV got my message and even before I could read their reply the problem with my card was fixed! So, great opinion restored, 5 stars awarded, thanks again! I had a reply to my email within 24 hours. They were absolutely right about the problem.

With the benefit of hindsight I find their terms onerous, unreasonable and inflexible in that they insist on 30 days notice to cancel an annual contract on the anniversary date. On top of that I don't know what they offer that I could not have arranged myself to receive Sky in Europe without paying for their services.

Had no help at all, was told either our box was faulty, or it was the signal, the box and signal were fine, as we found out when we managed to fix the problem by ourselves.

Would like some one to phone me when the details of renewal Debit cards need changing. The first time I have filled in details on your site, a problem happened. Also your site did not have a safe site where the lock symbol was not green, this is why I do not like giving details online.

Efficient company .....when you email ....they will definately get back to you .......but I wish there was a direct customer service phone line
