Surveyor Eason is truly professional, with broad knowledge and great attention to detail. He patiently answered all my various questions.
On the day the survey was completed, he immediately explained the result/report clearly and thoroughly. Even afterward, whenever I had more questions, he continued to respond patiently and in detail—even months later, he was just as helpful.

Andy provided an absolutely exceptional snagging service for our new home. The entire process was smooth, professional, and gave us exactly what we needed to go back to our developer with.
Andy found a huge number of defects, both large and small.
The use of a drone to check the roof was a brilliant touch.
All the defects were labelled around the house, so we knew exactly where each problem was.
We were amazed to receive the full, high-quality report in under 48 hours.

My surveyor pointed out tricky and difficult-to-find defeats in my new-build home. Snagging report allows me understanding in-depth about my property. The report is also a professional document to request follow up fixing from my developer.

One of the defeats was water leakage of en suite bathroom of 1/F. Surveyor found water leaking to G/F gargage ceiling but most people would just check any leakage under bathroom tub, which did not have any signs of water leakage in my case. Likely, water pipe leaking inside wall was not cause of defeat.

All in all, this company provides professional snagging service with transparent fee. Surveyor is UK-qualified and has broad experience across different residental properties as well as new-build developers.

Miss Chan from the admin team was also really nice and patient. My handover got delayed several times, and I was a bit confused about the timing for both inspection and build & legal completion. But once they (including Andy) found out, they reached out to me—even at night—to guide me through everything. I’m honestly so glad I found them.
This month I finally got my new house. Eason did both the PCI and snagging for me. He was super thorough and careful each time, and always explained all the issues clearly after the inspection. Since my handover kept getting pushed back, I was in a rush, but he still managed to send me both reports on the same day—even though it was already quite late. The reports were super detailed with lots of photos and clear notes. Even after that, he patiently answered all my newbie questions—even though I must’ve been a bit annoying 😅. Stay away with this company and go with a local surveyor. My apartment was inspected a month ago and few snags were not spotted and reported as result of the developer only accepted the first report I sent over them. During the snagging service, the inspector did not conduct a thorough examination of all areas. For instance, a nail was attached to the shower wall, posing a safety hazard. The inspector overlooked the shower wall for any nails and failed to verify that the washing machine was securely fastened and not moving when it turned on. Furthermore, the inspector did not notice that paint was chipped at the bottom of the door frame until the owner brought it to the inspector’s attention. We strongly advise against using their snagging services. I chose this company at the beginning due to the good online reviews but this could be misleading. I hope people understood that paying higher premiums than a local surveyor is not necessary.

Andy conducted the snagging inspection for my house and identified many issues that I would not have noticed without professional knowledge and equipment. He also gave me valuable advice on how to properly maintain the house, which was especially helpful since I don’t have prior experience living in a house in the UK. He promptly delivered a detailed snagging report, clearly explaining what I should expect the developer to fix.

It might sound unusual to describe a Hongkonger as being particularly nice, but Andy is genuinely approachable, talkative, and insightful. If you’re not very familiar with buildings or construction, you’ll definitely learn a lot from him, that’s exactly why it’s worth having someone like Andy do the snagging for you.

Before appointing them as our surveyor, Ms Chan explained the services they provided in details with patience over the phone.
Andy arrived on time that day and provided a thorough checking on the house. He spent about 3 hours to perform the snagging carefully by going around the house and the garden. We received the snagging report the next day with photos and detailed descriptions. (It was fast as our snagging was done in the afternoon)
As a first time buyer, we were grateful to have them as our surveyor and would highly recommend to anyone.
