Very friendly customer service team

Order one sofa . I was giving a refund the same day . I was guessing the colour was out of stock as on looking on their website a line was now throu the colour I ordered . A bit put out, but fair enough . I reordered the sofa in a different colour .After 6 days again I was giving a refund explaining it was advertised a the wrong price now it was double the advertised prise . ???
Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time . No correspondence to email or texts and don't answer the phone . Which is only a mobile .if I could rate this reveiw no stars I would .

0 communication skills and lies, I want my money back or I will report this site.. the amount of people you've conned.. scums

AVOID!

Communication is great until you want a refund. Ordered a bed with parts that did not match and I’ve been ignored whilst they still upload on their social media. Oh and don’t bother calling them. The phone number is non-existent. Very unprofessional.

UPDATE: They managed to email me asking me why I left a negative feedback on here. Yet still no refund information. Weirdest company I’ve ever had to deal with.

You will have to end up claiming a charge back so do not bother.

Communication is shocking. Ordered sofa paid £30 deposit then was texted to say I was undercharged £200 and asked to pay more for my sofa. I refused and after them sending random messages pleading me to place an order I asked for my £30 and cancelled my order. I have not received my £30 back and the sofa delivery has not come. AVOID.

I love the bed, communication was excellent, I had a wrong part but it was replaced immediately. Thank you

On time delivery
Good customer service. Happy with my purchase.

I was very scared to make this purchase thought it wasn't real as prices were low but the BED OMG very sturdy easy to put together. I love it delivery was fast I will recommend these ppl

Delivery arrived incomplete to the wrong address . Demanding a refund of shipping costs now !

Amazing customer service always willing to help me and answer my 1000s questions

I placed my order and on the confirmation email it said the colour I purchased was ivory, however It was silver. I emailed straight away and they responded swiftly and made the amendments necessary. I placed my order on Sunday and my bed was delivered by Thursday. Overall I’m satisfied with my new bed and I would recommend to friends and family!

My bed came ripped and full of dirty black marks would not recommend

Fantastic price..good communication ..fast delivery ...compared with more known furniture companies,,

Sofa arrived, lovely sofa unfortunately the sofa was the wrong colour and did not fit, so had to send it back, I received a refund with no problems
I would have given 5 stars, but customer service needs some improvement on the response time

Very bad company ordered over 2 weeks ago kept getting excuses no wood no material etc so in end I said would get refund off clearpay If didn't get our delivery iv now got refund ordered elsewhere but I hv wasted over 2 weeks now waiting for a imaginary sofa very bad company go somewhere else don't waste your time

It’s now over two weeks since I ordered a sofa from this company, I tried on numerous occasions to speak with someone, every time to call it was rejected, even emailed over five times with no reply.
I am now cancelling the order and trying to get my money back so I can buy somewhere else.
Im having to go through my bank to claim my money as no one from the company responds.
When I order it said my sofa was in stock, many of them, it stated two weeks for delivery.
Don’t waist your time and money go elsewhere

Easy to order all easy hopefully delivery is as smooth

Highly recommended company. Sofa arrived in around 2 weeks from ordering and it's absolutely lush! This company can't be beaten for top quality sofas at affordable prices.

100% recommend.
Fantastic service start to finish.
Even rang for delivery and times spot on.
