Hi Abi, our pricing model was created based on feedback so members can test if their space receives enquiries before having to pay. It’s actually a very popular model but I appreciate that for you it does not meet your needs. It is unfair (and possibly illegal) to call this a scam, we are small business run by health professionals and words like this can have a real impact on usage and morale. I encourage you to take this post down and consider the impact your words can have.
Very useful website
A great website, as it provides an accessible platform to search for local spaces to rent. I was able to navigate my way through it easily, by tailoring my search, however I dropped a star because there were some old advertisements on the website. When I contacted the establishments directly, they informed me that the room was no longer available to rent. In the end, I did find two very suitable premises, that were perfect for my counselling practice.

Really useful site
Really useful site, with the needed information. It enabled me to find local therapy rooms available and to be able to contact them. The two venues contacted me back quickly and I was swiftly able to set up meetings with them to discuss the room and details. I am currently pursuing one of the rooms to rent.

I visited the room owners, who explained they were about to open for business, and heard nothing from them again. They seemed nice, but I've now fulfilled my accommodation need elsewhere.

Modern attractive rooms - excellent image
The room was recently converted and is attractive and modern, with all amenities. A friendly atmosphere and lovely colleagues. Excellent image for my practice.

UK Therapy Rooms works well so long as those advertising rooms respond to enquiries
UK Therapy Rooms have been fast to response. However, those advertising rooms appear to be slow to respond in some cases.
