Poor response time/ poor communication
Hi there - the website is good however those advertising the room don’t get back to you when you complete the form so you can end up chasing them. It’s taken me weeks to find a room and I’m still looking because of this. You just feel like you’re always waiting to hear back. I don’t think those advertising the room necessary prioritise or have the time to get back to people enquiring about the rooms so it’s a frustrating experience.
It would be better if they could let people know that they are not taking enquiries for the rooms right now, rather than leaving enquiries unanswered. It would also be helpful if the site requested them to only advertise if they have immediate availability and to respond to enquiries within 48-72 hours. It hasn’t been a good experience so far I’m afraid.

We have some features such as reminder messages and nudges to ensure that members do respond quickly but ultimately it is their responsibility to do so. I have recently contacted one of the businesses advertised in this website and it was pretty easy and quick for them to get back to me.This website is brilliant for people who are looking to rent a beauty room for a few days…it just makes it so easy for us freelancers.
Totally recommend using it as your can find rooms in different areas.

They make the process so simple and headache free. The response from the room went straight to spam, so it helped that Therapy Rooms UK send a text as well to say a response has been sent via email. My experience with them has been great. Thank you 😊
