My experience was great

My experience was great, I was a little nervous and there was no need to be at all! Ben did my spider vein treatment and he made me feel very comfortable, it didnt hurt at all. I cant wait to see the results!

⭐️ beyond disappointing

Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and the outcome of my treatment.

Before going ahead, I was given a very positive expectation of the likely result, particularly because of my health, fitness and skin quality. I therefore felt confident spending a considerable amount of money on the treatment.

Sadly, I have seen no improvement whatsoever. The veins I paid to have treated look no better, and the result is nothing like I was led to expect.

I completely appreciate that no medical or cosmetic treatment can guarantee a particular outcome, but there is a huge difference between not achieving a perfect result and seeing no discernible improvement at all. Had I understood that this was a realistic possibility, I would have thought very differently about proceeding.

It has been incredibly disappointing and, frankly, upsetting — particularly given the expense involved. I feel as though I have spent a significant amount of money, as well as my time and hopes, for absolutely no benefit.

Based on my own experience and outcome, I simply cannot recommend UK Vein Care.

I’m sorry to hear how disappointed and upset you feel about the outcome of your treatment, particularly given the time, money and hopes you invested in achieving an improvement.

We understand that your concern is not simply that the result was not perfect, but that you feel you have seen little or no improvement at all. We appreciate that you proceeded with treatment having a positive expectation of what it would achieve, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing this must feel.

As outlined in our consent information, individual results can vary and, in some cases, more than one treatment session may be required to achieve the desired result. However, we appreciate that this does not take away from your disappointment or fully address your concerns about your individual outcome.

Following our conversation, we would very much like to offer you a complimentary clinical review so that a clinician can assess the treated areas and discuss your concerns with you in more detail. This would not commit you to having any further treatment, and we completely respect your decision should you not wish to proceed with additional sessions.

If you would prefer not to attend the clinic in person, we can also arrange a telephone consultation with a clinician and, where appropriate, explore whether photographs may assist with the review.

We genuinely want to understand your concerns fully and ensure that you have the opportunity to discuss your outcome with a clinician. The offer of a complimentary review remains open should you wish to take this up.

In the meantime, we wish you all the best and hope we can assist in addressing your concerns.

I was very nervous going to the clinic…

I was very nervous going to the clinic for the first time but as soon as I arrived I was put at ease by the friendly and very professional staff. I was assessed and told what needed doing in order to solve my vein problem in terms that I could understand and felt very much at ease. A week later I had my procedure done and at each stage was reassured what was happening, I couldn't have wished for a better experience.
