After carefully reviewing the two official Ultahost profiles on Trustpilot (domains ultahost.com and ultahost.io), it is evident that the company has deliberately split customer feedback between the two domains. The main profile (ultahost.com) has 771 reviews, while the secondary profile (ultahost.io)—a domain that is essentially inactive—has 485 reviews.
Combined statistics from both profiles:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars): 846 reviews (67.3%)
⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4 stars): 61 reviews (4.9%)
⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars): 27 reviews (2.1%)
⭐⭐ (2 stars): 24 reviews (1.9%)
⭐ (1 star): 298 reviews (23.7%)
Using the performance benchmark of 3 stars or below as “poor performance”, the company has a total dissatisfaction rate of 27.7%. A significant portion of these negative reviews is concentrated in the secondary (.io) profile, which is less visible to new customers.
This pattern not only raises concerns about artificially managing the brand’s public image, but—given the stark difference between the two profiles—also suggests the possibility of fake or manipulated positive reviews in the main profile. In my opinion, these practices show that they are thieves and liars.

The Ultahost.com company makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I rented a server for the game Enshrouded. When I no longer played the game I tried to cancel my subscription. I went through numerous hours without success. I was assured by them my account was cancelled only to be rebilled again and again.
Update: May I suggest that instead of an apology that you address the issue and institute and easy and straight forward way to cancel a subscription. Thank you.

I asked if I could install n8n for personal use on my current server package, and Samuel Hall & Dextor Jason recommended that I get a new package starting small and scaling up only when needed. The setup took just a few hours and turned out to be more affordable compared to other n8n hosting offers. They were really hands-on and professional, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Recently decided to migrate my websites to UltaHost. Among 7 websites, one is a very critical customized site and faces errors while migrating. I highly appreciate Nevin Davis and the entire UltaHost team support, time, and hard work in resolving all issues and making my sites live. Now all websites are running perfectly.

Been using it for months for my two sites and the support has always been super fast. Not just live chat which is always online 24/7 but the ticket support is super fast as well. And the follow ups for problem resolutions are worth every penny. My recommendation is 10/10 go for ultahost.

I recently had an issue with my VPS and opened a support ticket with UltaHost. The response was very fast and efficient my problem was resolved much quicker than I expected.
Special thanks to Gary Clarke from the support team, who handled my case with professionalism and clear communication. It really gave me confidence in the service, knowing that help is available when needed.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the support experience and the way UltaHost values its customers. Highly recommended!
