NOT recommended (!). Bad customer service. First, my domain was black listed after migrating my website to.their VPS hosting. It was removed from the black list once I have migrated to another hosting company. Not only that but even though they acknowledged my cancellation request, they keep charginge for more than 2 months now. There are many hosting company out there, as this one is one of the worse I've ever seen, in more the 15 years of working with hosting companies.

My server was shut down without any prior notice. Later, it was re-opened for only 6 hours, and they claimed that my websites were being used for phishing. However, this is absolutely false. Even my websites with no content at all were listed in their report.
I repeatedly asked them to provide evidence, but they never provided any proof. Since then, they completely stopped responding to my messages. I migrated my server to another provider, and all of my websites are running without any issue.
This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and caused me unnecessary trouble. I strongly do not recommend their services.

J'ai acheté la prestation Forex VPS Hosting for traders. Heureusement avec un paiement unique ...
Au bout de 24 heures et avec des échanges avec le support technique, je m'aperçois que ni Metatrader 4, ni Metatrader 5 ne fonctionnent : aucune des deux apps ne se connectent au web.
J'ai donc demandé de l'aide au support. Une première et une deuxième fois, il y avait un souci technique sur le serveur Windows 2022.
J'ai donc proposé la ré-initialisation du service et l'effacement du serveur.
Deux nouvelles installations avec le même problème : les deux apps ne se connectent pas à internet. Dommage pour le trading.
Le support m'indique alors que je dois installer un émulateur sur le serveur Windows, histoire de faire fonctionner les apps.
Devant mon refus, je demande l'annulation de la prestation et le remboursement du paiement.
Et là ? Refus catégorique car mon compte a dépassé la période de garantie de 30 jours (au bout de 48 heures). Par conséquent, il est soumis à la politique de non-remboursement m'indique le support.
Donc je vous invite à passer votre chemin et à boycotter cette société qui, pour moins de 15$, n'est même pas capable de traiter correctement ses clients.
Je pense même que leur page web spécial Forex est de la publicité trompeuse. Heureusement pour moi, j'ai vraiment autre chose à faire que continuer la discussion avec UltaHost.

I needed support to help implement our external smtp.com mail service for our website. I got Anderson Coleman on the chat and he was diligent in figuring out some of the issues we were having and making sure the dedicated server was configured properly and the DNS record to date. We run Cloudflare as well, so he was instrumental helping get all the pieces working together.

Terrible service. The support agent literally shut the chat in my face and refused to provide any assistance. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

THIS COMPANY IS A TRAP!
Services are cheap, but do NOT be fooled by these low prices. Do not even try out their services, as there will be NO REFUNDS GIVEN!
They make you cancel your account first and only then are you given the chance to request a refund. However, like I mentioned above, NO REFUNDS are given. And in the end I was left with no refund and a closed account.
STAY AWAY FROM ULTAHOST!!!

they answer everyone of my questions or requests with great response times. usually within several. minutes. the last request didnt take long as i'm learning about cs1.6 and made quite a few mistakes with addons . they went in 2 days ago and corrected all of my mistakes and my server os now up and running. fantastic support, they go the e tra mile for support. i am totally happy with this site and their assistance at every step. i would totally recommend this company for any of your hosting needs.
