Ordered over a month ago. No reply to email queries. No one to answer the phone. Have now stolen £82.00 from me. Do not use

Good prices, quick delivery.

As in the case of a number of customers I placed an order in good faith, paid for it and then waited. It’s been over 3 months now, no response to emails and no answer when telephoned. I did not receive the package but I do have confirmation that the parcel was returned back to UD 6 weeks ago by the carrier. I am out of pocket by £370 and I’m attempting redress through my credit card company and I have notified Trading Standards

Order bottle in presentation box as a gift for someone but only bottle arrived. I emailed customer service 3 weeks ago about it but as of yet they haven’t bothered to replied.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Fraudulent company taking orders and never sending them, you will not get a response to emails, messages or phone calls except an automatic response saying they have staff isolating.

I delivery time said 4 -5 days arrived 5 weeks later messaged twice to ask about my delivery and never heard anything back

I have recently requested a chargeback to my credit card after making an order which was not received for over 4 weeks.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Several emails and calls were not responded to. I'm certain this company is fraudulent...especially with all of the fake reviews listed on TrustPilot.

Still not here ordered august 25th and still haven’t got my order. So going to have to report it to the bank as fraud. Great company

The website was easy to use and I found the champagne I required. Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt.
I shall be ordering from you again in the future

Impossible to contact. I only managed to get a reply to emails and phone messages by instigating a credit card charge back. Poor communication and rubbish service. Stay away

Paid £122 over two weeks ago for champagne for a special occasion.
Paid extra for 2-3 day delivery and still waiting. Tried repeatedly with email and phone calls with no response except a generic email saying they are short staffed.
Can I suggest that 'trustpilot' have a look at some of the reviews that have been posted on this site as the real one follow the same theme.
If you want to give money away give it to charity and not this company.

How do I get a refund from this company? I've not received my goods 2 weeks on

I Ordered 20 days ago, promised 5 days delivery. No response to my 8 emails, they have my money but I have no goods
DO NOT USE

I placed an order of over £115 on the 9th of September to which I received a confirmation email. Since then i have had no correspondence what so ever. I've emailed on many occasion, called endlessly without an answer to either. Still none the wiser as to when I will receive my goods (that were bought as a gift for a birthday that has now passed)

I contacted customer services regarding my order as it took too long to be delivered to me and no one came back to me at all. So now I have 2 bottles of LPR that were not used or needed.
