Perfect from beginning to end, can not fault this company. The limo was IMMACULATE and our driver was so friendly and polite. We were picked up on time, on the return journey we were late coming out of the venue but the driver was not bothered in the slightest. Will be using this company again next month for a wedding, looking forward to it already!

Fantastic service booked the Baby Bentley for our daughters prom car turned up on time In immaculate condition the driver was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend thank you.

Me and my friends hired a limo from this company a few weeks ago for a birthday. The service was amazing and staff were so friendly and professional! Everything was perfect 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing service hired a limo for my daughter’s graduation came on time and had the best night. Driver was really respectful and helpful. We went half an hour over our time but they were so reassuring that they’d wait for us and didn’t disappoint as we spoke to the manager and who reassured us that everything would go fine, as it did. Will definitely be using this service for further occasions!

What an amazing experience we had in your Party Bus. We would like to thank everyone who made our booking and journey the best we could have asked for. I asked for a favour and you stepped up to make it happen. The phone call a few days before to check the details didn't go unnoticed and the driver on the day should have been paid double as he had to listen to 10 women who thought they could sing. He even posed for a photo with us when he dropped us off. Thank you again for your communication and fab service as well as the bottles of fizz. We will be booking you again.

Weeks in advance I booked the baby Bentley to take 4 of us to ripon races in June for my sisters 60th birthday. Spoke to mark at the company a week before to check everything was in order.
On the day of the races I received a phone call an hour before pick up to say the Bentleys exhaust had fallen off the day before, but not to worry they would be sending a 16 seater ‘superior’ party bus instead, (the call came from a different company who ultimate limos had outsourced to).
What could we do? Had to make the best of it, bearing in mind we had paid £495!
The bus was definitely not superior, scruffy driver, bus not in best condition , no air con, fridge not working. It was a very hot day.
I made numerous calls to the company who provided bus and then numerous calls to ultimate limos, main contact being Tony, not once did I receive a call back after many left messages, when I did finally speak with Tony he seemed upset and said we should have had a limo, he would look into and get back to me.
Nothing! I had to chase and send emails to get somewhere , I did eventually receive £100 back which I don’t feel is enough, it was not value for money.
My advice, do not book this company!

ÐO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....Hired a baby Bentley and the car that turned up was not as pictured on their website. The car was in an appalling condition not of luxury quality more old and rusty. The air conditioning was broken, it had a poor old sound system, car brand badge missing, it was silver not white, no drinks provided and the air conditioning was not working. The driver could not get the Bluetooth to work, spent the first 10mins of hire trying to sort this out to just leave the radio on. They then arrived at the venue 10 minutes before the due time, a lot of money spent for a 40min journey. No drinks were available despite saying they would be when I booked it. Not at all as advertised. I was told they'd refund me £100 but after numerous phone calls no refund has been recieved. Do not use this company.

On 14th February 2025 my partner Mrs. Marjorie Brown booked a Limo for her 80th Birthday Party on 29th April, for 11 guests (most of whom were in there 80's) as a surprise Birthday treat for everyone. At the time of booking, it was made perfectly clear that a cancellation may be necessary because some of the guests may not be able to accept her invite due to their frailty and their ability to get into the Limo, so the booking was taken on this basis and a £100 deposit was paid. Assurances were given again that the deposit would be refundable provided we didn't cancel at the last minute. Afterwards, we thought, maybe we should spoil her surprise and tell all the guests of our plan. The reaction was a resounding NO, so we contacted the company immediately and before the end of February to cancel.
We had to make a further 4 telephone calls, then an email dated 31st March then a further telephone call on the 2nd May and spoke to a person called Mark who said he would personally activate the refund. we emailed Marjorie's bank details over as requested, and by the 23rd may we still hadn't received the refund. So we emailed again on the 23rd and again on 4th July 2025. Still no refund after so many emails and phone calls with empty promises.
We could never ever recommend this totally unprofessional company of blatant liars. Mark, I hope you feel ashamed at robbing an 80 year old pensioner. Shame on you and your company.
AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Booked a H2 Hummer for my son and his friends prom night, turned up in the wrong vehicle with no explanation why, was told by the driver that someone would ring me the Monday after to speak to me about it, but not phone call. No soft drinks when I was rang the week before about them, was told by the driver they don’t do them anymore. The limo that turned up was not in the greatest condition, certainly not worth the £800 an hour we paid. There was no air con so the lads in the back were sweating in there suits, and to top it off they were dropped off at the wrong drop off area and just left. Will never use this company again and would advise people not to use them. Very untrustworthy

60th birthday party to the races..
We booked this company weeks in advance for my husbands 60th birthday to take us to the races,,there was 12 of us .
We checked a couple of days prior to the date to make sure everything was ok and to clarify the time , everything was fine
On the morning we had breakfast and was waiting for the hummer to arrive( it was a surprise for our guests)11am came and went we started to get worried we rang them they said it was on its way,, time went by never came , rang again now got a woman who said it had broke down!! Cdnt tell us where ! No apology, told us to get taxis!!
We left with no transport
ABSOLUTELY RUINED my husbands 60th
It was lies …. It’s a scam
DONT use this company , ruining people’s special days with no thought
Read back on reviews wish I had they have let other people down
Said we would get compensated we have not heard a thing !! Cost us hundreds in taxis
And you can never get the day back,it was a nightmare utterly upsetting

Unbelievably dissapointed.
Full offsite day with the team and we ordered a Porsche and a Jeep Limo. We pre-paid in FULL, £890, and what we received was a 20yo Jeep Limo and a 20yo Ford Limo and one of them literally looked like it was being held together by tape.
I called and spoke to someone, who advised that I would have to speak to his manager, but that he only works between 11.00 and 14.00. I have tried to contact since and can't get through to them.
Avoid at all costs.

Completely Unreliable – Ruined Our Hen Party Plans”

We booked this limo company weeks in advance for a hen party airport transfer—paid a deposit, confirmed all the details, and trusted them with a very special occasion. The pick-up time came and went… and no limo. No call. No message. Just nothing.

We were left completely stranded, standing around in our outfits with luggage and no way to get to the airport. In a total panic, we had to scramble and order multiple taxis last-minute, which was not only stressful but also completely ruined the start of what should’ve been a fun and exciting day.

Since then, we’ve tried to contact the company several times and have been completely ignored. No apology. No refund. No accountability. Disgusting service and totally unacceptable.

We will 100% be taking this further and strongly advise others to stay far away from this company. They clearly can’t be trusted with your time, your money, or your plans.

Amazing experience, we booked the party bus for my sons 21st.
The driver showed up 15 mins early so we could take photos then drove us around locally before we showed up in style with the music blaring at our final destination of Leeds.
Highly recommended and ill definitely be booking them again

What a smashing company, booked a limo with these guys as we were celebrating a friends 21st, heading out for the night, the driver turned up suited and booted, great choice of music, very respectable company, will definitely use again!!

I’d leave 0 if you could. Where to start… ordered a party bus for year 6 leavers. 2 run down limos turned up! No pre notice of any issues, meant we had to split the group up which meant the girls were very upset. Never met a more rude lady who drove the limo. Speaking to 11 year old girls like absolute crap and snapping at us! And to top it off our limo engine was smoking the whole way resulting in burning rubber smell and had to stop , air con was broken on a 26 degree day. Contacted company promised a call back, no call no email reply and not answering phone! Avoid this company!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. I booked and paid for a Hummer months ago for my sons Prom. 20 minutes before it was due to arrive I had a call to say it had broken down that morning and they would be sending an alternative. A really old, scratched limo turned up with a very scruffy driver. I rang and complained and was told they would sort a refund a couple of days later. Numerous emails and calls later we have still not had anything. THEY ARE A SCAM. It is just a shame I cannot upload the pictures for you.
