Love this store & its staff
The branch in Northampton never lets us down. Staff always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Always very good customer service. Yesterday we were served by Ryan S and he gave us great customer service as always. Great job Northampton store, always a pleasure shopping with you.

Dan and Kim were excellent on visit to Ultimate Outdoors
Dan was very helpful when sourcing the shoe size for my daughter's hiking boots alongside checking what else we had on our list of items to purchase for the Duke of Edinburgh Awards event, the following weekend. He helped source weather proof over trousers, torch and 1st Aid Kit.
Kim was efficient and also helpful in processing the payment for the goods. She helpfully confirmed that the Duke of Edinburgh participants qualified for a discount off the invoice price.

Above and Beyind customer service
I bought a new arrival Peter Storm T shirt in size 10, but needed a 12, there was not one on the rail, but decided to risk the 10
Style PTSTW11082300
I tried it on at home-was too tight.
Today I was met at the door at 9am by Ryan A.
I explained my situation, said I loved the T shirt… is there a 12 somewhere in store unpacked ?
Ryan searched on the store stock system to find out that there was ine, but in an unpacked box.
He searched through all of the recently delivered stock, in many large boxes, to find the one and only size 12 for me.
I am very pleased with my purchase and would like to thank Ryan A. for his excellent, pleasant customer service, and for going above and beyond to achieve what I went to the store for.

Wow the amaizing service is got from a staff member called Kim. She was really really helpful knowledgeable she really was good. Then I was served on the till by a lady who i think was called libby she also was very helpful whilst processing my shopping. She also offered me some other bits that had been discounted this was very helpful as reminded me I needed to reproof my jacket. She offered me advice on how to do it. Nice store

Walking boots
We went looking for walking boots. They had quite a large selection. Dan was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable about their stock and pricing (matching their online discount instore). Very good experience.
