I booked my trip to ascent the Nyiragongo volcano summit in Congo, descent into the crater and sleep there for a night. I paid the entire pride of the trip (several thousands of dollars) in two instalments. The day before depart the owner of ULTIMATE VOLCANO EXPEDITIONS, Mr. Geoff Mackley send a message to all members of the expedition announcing the cancellation of the trip. He never reimbursed any dollar. He just took my money and disappear. He answered my messages asking for explanations and reimbursement and all I got were insults.
