I didn't have any issue with that vpn all worked fine for me, good internet speed nothing special to say it got the job done so worth the money!Keep it up.

Seems to work exactly as advertised and like any VPN, however you will never truly know if it works or not until it might be to late IMO

pisalem do Was pare razy... Posiadam odnowiana, roczna subskrybcje programu. Nie moge go uruchomic ani na tablecie ani na Note9. Moze cos w koncu z tym zrobicie! W sumie to i tak nie spodziewam sie zadnej odpowiedzi, bo niby dlaczego macie odpisac!
Nie odnowie subskrybcji programu i kazdemu bede odradzac ten program.

On Black Friday I purchased the 12 month contract which it was advertised at £27,00. My card was charged for £32,40. I have checked the invoice and there is an extra charge tax(vat??) for £5,40. I talked with the online customer service and they were unable to provide any answers nor a refund. I talked with customer support via phone again could not say anything about the extra charge or a refund. I have send an e-mail (as advised) to billing and 2 days later I haven’t heard back. NOWHERE at their website states that the price was without VAT, nor when you actually buying the product. It is at least unethical they way that they charge tax. I hope I won’t have to cancel the whole subscription. Be careful when you actually buying from them and take screenshots

I was asked to leave some feedback, unfortunately it's not good. I am now into my second year with UltraVPN and it works great on my laptop, no issues at all. However, my licence covers three devices and when I try and use the app on my phone (Android) it doesn't work, which completely defeats the object of having a VPN. After a bit digging about on the internet it seems this is a common problem with UltraVPN and the developers have no intention of fixing it. I tried on several occasions over the last 6 months to get the company to either fix it or give me a refund. To date, neither has happened. Also, beware of a large price hike after your first year, I had to negotiate really hard. I wish now that I had just moved supplier. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned.

Works beautifully well! Watch international or region-restricted shows from the comfort of your own home - all while staying safe & anonymous on the net. Never had any issues. Would recommend.

Ultra VPN used to be good. Still decent on PC. But the mobile App is garbage. It needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled every time just to get it working. Otherwise it stays on the splash page eternally. The reviews on the App Store all say the same thing, but they aren't recognizing the issue. As soon as my subscription is over I'm moving over to another VPN. This one only allows three pieces of hardware to use it with one sub, while most others are 5.

I decided to stop using UltraVPN when they tried to charge me over £70 on an automatic renewal. When I challenged them on the cost they offered me a price of about £25. I decided that I didn't like their business ethics so decided to go elsewhere. I uninstalled the product, apparently successfully, but it still shows up as available under 'Dial Up and VPN' section so the uninstall is faulty. I emailed their support site explaining the issue and they sent me a stock email advising me how to run the uninstall I had already run. Not very happy with their support either now.

impossible de se faire rembourser alors qu'il est annoncé très clairement qu'en cas d'insatisfaction, l'essai de moins de 30 jours est gratuit. Je résilie après 10 jours, mon interlocutrice en chat me confirme l'annulation de l'abonnement. Elle m'explique également que je peux bénéficier du service jusqu'à échéance. Sans remboursement à l'issue de l'essai, je les contacte, avec beaucoup de difficultés.
On me répond alors que c'est impossible car lors de l'annulation, je n'ai rien réclamé!
C'est un procédé plus que malhonnête! A fuir!

Après avoir examiné votre compte lorsque vous avez demandé l'annulation, vous n'avez jamais demandé de remboursement.La mesure prise sur votre compte a donc été de désactiver le renouvellement automatique puisque vous avez refusé la rétention, puisqu'aucun remboursement n'a été demandé à ce moment-là, vous n'êtes pas admissible à un remboursement.
