Great service from Mollie today, I was unable to get through on the phone as AI assistant did not recognise my answers. Sent an email, Mollie returned my call followed up by an email. She had researched my query and was all ready to go making the process of on boarding with Umbrella seamless and timely. I was worried about the sign up process, as I have never worked with an umbrella company before. Ed Howell explained everything to me in a very straightforward way, and answered all my questions, which made me feel most re-assured. I have now signed up with Umbrella in anticipation of my contract work commencing soon. The contract received was easy to understand too, as well as the illustration. It has made the whole process far less intimidating - thank you.
