When my old phone number was terminated, I was devastated because that number was linked to an account holding countless private and essential information. The sim i got today, is not okay. I am used to simcards but this one.., it starts with fast internet and before u know you can’t even load a tiktok video… wrong.

Servis yang cemerlang.

Don't sign up for this service! It has been good for a little while but then, service all starts going down. Internet comes and goes. This time, I was promised an engineer visit 5 days later (!) and I suddenly get a call at the end of my slot (having taken the day off work) to say that there was a mix up and they can't come and still no internet. When asked to speak to a supervisor/manager, I was told 'they don't speak on the phone' - worst costumer service possible. I want to cancel but I am locked into a two year contract, which I was never told I was signing for! Stay away from them!
