Beautiful item, fantastic customer service
I had a moment when the item arrived. I emailed and had a response in minute issue fixed. Link had turned around in the box and I panicked thinking the item was wrong. Fantastic customer service and beautiful product. Will definitely look at other products because I would like to order again.

Beautiful jewellery, my mother in law was over the moon with all our names on her bracelet. Amazing customer service too, I got sent a replacement swiftly (she lost 2 of her hearts). Highly recommend!!

Apres une livraison catastrophique (colis perdu/volé), le SAV ne voulait pas me renvoyer un autre. Après coup et de nombreux mails échangés, ils ont revu mon cas et m'ont renvoyé un autre colis. Livraison en france longue (2semaines) mais tout s'est très bien passé, merci a eux. Je suis tout de même satisfaite.

Après avoir retrouvé ma facture elle m'a dit qu'elle me faisait envoyer de nouveaux bracelets. J'ai été très surprise et j'ai effectivement reçu 2 nouveaux bracelets. Quel sérieux je n'en reviens toujours pas. Un grand merci

Livraison annoncée sous 2 à 3 jours ouvrés et là on en est à déjà 15 jours et toujours rien. Le colis n'a même pas été expédié par contre c'est bien retiré. Pas de réponse à mon mail de réclamation. Order number- 32364- still awaiting email response from this company !but quick to comment on a review ! After initially ordering a gift for mothers day, we had high expectations after reading the reviews on line .
Purchase never arrived and this was reported right away over 20 emails later and myself having to purchase something else from a different organisation, still no refund poor communication then a second item which was no longer needs was sent out !to which I had to pay to have this returned subsequently leaving me way out-of pocket.
The lack of communication and continuity between emails wasn't good enough with one giving one and answer and others another .
I'm really disappointed as it was my friend who recommend this compnay .

Excellent service after I had ordered the wrong size bracelet. It was replaced with different bracelet that I was able to extend to fit my wrist. All at no extra cost to me. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
