Exceeded my expectations, ordered for delivery 2-4 working days, received the very next day! Well packed as well.

Title says 'Roys wroxham' but website is for uncle Roy's is Scotland... Trust pilot please change this... Roy's wroxham' is an amazing local, community driven company who are on the rise and I don't think they are getting the recognition that they deserve because its going on the wrong page

I ordered 3 large jars of petal confetti, which I’d previously messaged with a cake picture that I wanted to recreate, got a rude and blunt reply saying ‘no idea’, but went ahead anyways. The petals were sooo tiny that they are a bit useless for what I wanted to achieve. The pictures on the website were so deceiving! I already opened one of the jars, but asked to send the 2 unopened ones back, never got a response on that either. I also think it would have been good customer service to point out to me that they would not be suitable!! All in all rubbish customer service, product deceiving, don’t order from here!

Ordered 3 bottles of flavouring and was charged 5 pounds for postage, my 3 GLASS bottles came second class in an envelope, all were damaged and had leaked everywhere. At 5 pounds a bottle these had been a gift for a family member who loves being in the kitchen. Was promised a refund on december 19th and I'm still waiting. Since this what was left of the product in the bottles has been used and was of very poor taste and quality for the price

Make an order more than 1 week ago and nothing arrive (delivering to Denmark). No shipping information, not tracking number, nothing. Wrote 2 messages, without any answer, they just keep ignoring. Terrible, irresponsible attitude. Haven't seem like that before, seem like they do not care about their customers at all.
Save your time, avoid this company.

I ordered a set of cutlery on Saturday evening and received it first thing this morning, Tuesday. It came well wrapped and boxed. I googled the cutlery I wanted and chose Roy's as an established store. Very happy with my purchase and the service. I wouldn't hesitate to use Roy's again.

Do not order from this company, they are absolutely appalling. They delivered our goods to the billing rather than the shipping address and then asked the wrong recipient to arrange the correct delivery saying they were unable to arrange a third party collection. They have a shocking attitude on the phone and hung up on me 3 times when trying to arrange receipt of the goods to the correct address. I am disputing the payment with the bank.
Update: Upon initiating a chargeback with Amex, they were suddenly able to collect the goods within 24 hours, shame on them for lying, won't be ordering again.

Quick delivery & great communication, ordered between Christmas & New Year and delivery was quicker than the standard dates given! Would definately use again!

Friendly staff and good customer service. Good quality brands for a lot more reasonable cost.

We purchased a hose trolley made by kingfisher at roys ,who,to be fair ,untill then have sold good quality goods,but this item is not fit for purpose,the hose reel is made up of 2 plastic click together halves,they failed to click together securely and we ended up sticking them!
