I recently bought 3 items in underarmour.lt online shop (operated by the company USRetail CZ s.r.o., U HvÄzdy 1451/4 16200, Praha 6, company code: 07195559, operating other UA e-shops in Europe). The good thing was delivery time. The rest of experience is way below expectations:
- email texts google-transalted, the LT language is so much broken that it is barely possible to understand information about delivery, return conditions etc.
- products, obviously, dedicated to another market, because sizes do not match. I loved UA, have many items so was confident about the size. Sadly, all 3 items are huge. Once again - I use UA and always choose the same size in Zalando and any offline retail shops. Btw, texts on the labels were in spanish.
- returns... I am speechless how complicated it is in 21st century. There is online form - amazing! But the process of sending the parcel is complicated: no instructions in their page, misleading information, there is only one most expensive courier option (consumer pays for it).
I would not recommend. There are better options in this world!

So despite liking their products their logistics is terrible and you simply canât get anything delivered. So unable to order from them again. Back to New Balance and Nike

Underwhelming and untrustworthy
Underwhelming. You buy two sport bras a couple of days before Black Friday, with a discount. You hear nothing for a week. Than they just cancel and refund. Although one of the products is still available on the site but naturally at a higher price. Now that Black Friday is over we are left with no product and if we want to buy at other places/brands higher prices. No reply to mails. Good products but bad logistics or customer dislike? Don't buy with them directly. Untrustworthy
Its not worth it, just a hassle
I mean, this is now the second time Iâve tried to order something from their website, and the product has never managed to be delivered to me instead, it always gets sent back. Itâs hard for me to believe that itâs the logistics company (DHL) fault, since I received products from a different brand on the same day the UA order shouldâve arrived (also via DHL). Iâll be reimbursed now, hopefully without any issues, but yeah⊠I wonât be buying anything from their website anymore. I donât see the point; itâs just a hassle at this stage.

never order from Europe! the worst customer service in my entire life. I have returned the product twice, it has been returned to me. I will not get my money back. I do not understand how the company can still exist⊠I ordered from Lithuania. I simply advise you to avoid this brand.
UA just lost a loyal customer
We bought original Under Armour flipâflops for our 9âyearâold daughter at the Under Armour store in İstinye Park, Istanbul, during our holiday in Turkey. Unfortunately, the soles completely failed after just four days of normal useânothing extreme, just everyday wear by a child.
Because we were already traveling across the country, returning to the store was not possible. We contacted Under Armour Europe customer support expecting assistance, since the product was clearly defective.
After several emails, this was the final response we received:
âOnly online orders can be returned by sending the package to our warehouse.
We do not share customer databases or procedures with physical stores.
You need to clarify the situation in the physical store.â
In short, no help at all.
Customer service seems to believe we should fly back to Istanbul just to exchange a pair of defective 40⬠flipâflops. This defeats the whole purpose of having an international brand with global customer support.
Very disappointing experience. Under Armourâs response was unhelpful, dismissive, and offered zero real solutions. Not what we expected from a global company.
Bad experience and product
The product I purchased is nowhere near the elegance that appears to be in the images.
It is much chunkier and redundant than expected. The heel is so fat and intrusive that constraints free movement when using stairs.
I looked rather ridiculous when wearing them to be honest.
When walking the shoes touch each other as the sole is so excessively wide. It does not feel that safe to run with them.
They are comfortable to wear with all the padding, but so tight that after a while they need to be taken out for the feet to breath and let the blood flow normally again.
I see the sophisticated materials used but all of them are polluting plastics that will not allow the shoe to be recycled at the end of its life.
About the service, I am also very disappointed as I returned the shoes more than 3 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund with no way to be able to speak to a human being that can help me understand what is going on. All automated chats run by useless chat bots.
Under Armour seems to be another one of those companies that run business with no humane touch!

En conclusion debÃa de ser una página falsa o china que se habÃa colado en Instagram como es posible que no lo comprobarán.

Returns process is appalling. Phone number is not valid. No way of connecting to the live chat. Emails are not answered. Their own Order Numbers are not recognised. A total scam. Buyer Beware!!!!!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service overall. Returned both items and received an email on the 11th December saying it had been received at their warehouse. Currently 9th January and still no refund, apparently waiting for Warehouse to get back to them but no timescale.

Still waiting for my refund despite them saying they were going to issue it in July. Despite chasing I have still not received it and theyâve said theyâll chase it up with the relevant department. Iâm considering issuing a small claim and seeking interest from them!

Worst ever no hyperbole
Genuinely, The worst company I have ever dealt with, You can only speak on webchat, and the agents, answer a question you might ask instead of what you actually answered, In fact I have had better conversations with Bots.
The way the wanted to handle my refund would have taken minimum 7 weeks.

Disappointed
Ordered 8 weeks ago, still haven't received any package. According to the tracking it says itâs unclaimed and its beeing returned to sender. But i never received a notification that it had arrived.
Tried emailing customer service. At first they responded quickly and claimed the package would arrive soon. Then they said sorry and that they will try to fix it and give me a small gift. Now they have completely stopped responding.
Do not recommend anyone to shop from this company. Seems like a scam in my opinion.

Ich habe vor einer Woche bei UA drei Artikel auf Rechnung bestellt und sie an eine Abholstation liefern lassen. Als ich das Paket abholte, war es zerquetscht, aber glÃŒcklicherweise waren die bestellten Artikel intakt. Allerdings fehlte die Rechnung sowohl im Paket als auch in meinem Online-Konto.
Als ich die Kundenhotline anrief, sprach ich mit einer Mitarbeiterin, die in gebrochenem Deutsch versuchte, mir zu erklÀren, dass sie âkein Problem im Systemâ sehen könne. Ich wiederholte mehrmals, dass ich meine Rechnung benötige, doch ihre Antwort blieb stets dieselbe. HÀtte ich gegen eine Wand gesprochen, hÀtte ich wohl mehr VerstÀndnis erfahren als von diesem sogenannten Kundensupport.
Kurz nach dem Anruf erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der behauptet wurde, es gebe Probleme bei der Erstellung der Rechnungen und dass ich meine Rechnung im Laufe des Tages erhalten wÃŒrde. Diese Nachricht stellte sich als reiner Bullshit heraus, denn ich erhielt keine Rechnung.
Drei Tage spÀter kontaktierte ich UA erneut per E-Mail und forderte die Rechnung innerhalb von drei Tagen ein, andernfalls wÌrde ich das Finanzamt und den Konsumentenschutz informieren. Wie erwartet, erhielt ich weder eine Rechnung noch eine Antwort.
Diese Vorgehensweise deutet stark darauf hin, dass UA UmsÀtze verschleiert, um Steuern zu vermeiden, was in Ãsterreich illegal ist. VerkÀufer sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, eine Rechnung auszustellen. Diese fehlende Transparenz und der schlechte Kundenservice sind inakzeptabel.
Ich warne daher alle potenziellen Kunden, sich zweimal zu Ìberlegen, ob sie bei UA bestellen möchten. DemnÀchst werde ich das Finanzamt informieren und eine Beschwerde beim Konsumentenschutz einbringen.

I ordered three items on account from UA a week ago, with delivery to a pickup station. When I picked up the package, it was crushed, but fortunately, the items were intact. However, the invoice was missing both from the package and from my online account.
When I called the customer hotline, I spoke with a representative who, in broken English, tried to tell me that she "couldn't see any problem in the system." I repeatedly stated that I needed my invoice, but her response was always the same. Talking to a wall would have been more productive than dealing with this so-called customer support.
Shortly after the call, I received an email claiming there were issues generating the invoices and that I would receive mine later that day. This message turned out to be complete nonsense, as I never received the invoice.
Three days later, I contacted UA again via email, demanding the invoice within three days, or I would report this to the tax office and the consumer protection agency. As expected, I received neither the invoice nor a response.
This behavior strongly suggests that UA is hiding sales to evade taxes, which is illegal in Austria. Sellers are legally obligated to provide an invoice. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable.
I warn all potential customers to think twice before ordering from UA. I will soon inform the tax office and file a complaint with consumer protection.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced
Placed an order, returned it for a refund, under armour saying they never received it and refusing to refund. Customer service is non existent and they are just ignoring my requests. Basically stole from me
