You charged me for shipping although the order was over 100 $. And after I pointed that out you have been dealing with this for 2 weeks and still nothing happened, so this is unacceptable.

Good stuff but pay attention to the import fares
Quick service and a very well done watch based on a SEIKO movement. Just you have to calculate by yourself taxes and import fees to determinate jte total cost of the watch

Amazing design; great customizable features; on point 43mm that wears like 44mm; great lume; trustworthy Japanese automatic timepiece.
I wish they would have included at least a tiny date window.

Easy ordering process, vague shipping & tracking info, but arrived with no issues. Watch looks great, wish it had a date window & strap was a little longer, but quick release bars make for an easy band change.

Molto bene la consegna preannunciata più volte e bene seguita. Prodotto buono ed in linea con le aspettative, coerente con il costo.
Unica nota attenzione ai dazi, il corriere incassa il dazio sul bene che nel mio caso è stato pari a circa il 25% del prezzo pagato al produttore (qualcosa in più dell'IVA).

Check import duties first…
It was not clear that import duties would add significantly to the cost of the watch. Came as quite a surprise though I guess I should have known. Lucky then the watch is such a gem.

Lo primero decir que la comunicación con el vendedor ha sido muy buena en todo momento.
El pedido llegó perfectamente epaquetado con el reloj y la correa de caucho adicional que solicité con posterioridad.
El reloj ha satisfecho mis espectativas.
La caja en negro mate con el bisel a juego lo hace muy elegante. Sin brillos. Me encanta.
La alineación del bisel con el dial del reloj es perfecta.
El bisel de 120 clics gira perfectamente con una gran suavidad.
El mecanismo NH35 funciona perfectamente con un retardo de -8seg/día.
La luminiscencia es muy buena. Con una tonalidad azul muy bonita.
En resumen: Encantado con Undone
