The shipment was tooooo long, more than 2 Weeks!!!

No Order received now.
No answer to my mails.

I didn' receive the parcel yet, more than two weeks after you messaged my that it allegedly has been sent. Don't ask about the experience before one even got the items ordered. Rather make sure the problems are fixed in time.

De communicatie was er helemaal niet, ik wou graag mijn bestelling annuleren maar kwam niet in contact met de verkopers, meerdere keren geprobeerd te contacteren maar is niks van gekomen,.. jammer

Beste medewerker van uneffected.
Ik heb onlangs een bestelling bij jullie geplaatste en wacht al bijna 2 weken op levering 05308819448874.
Ook heb ik een mail en whatsapnummer geprobeerd te bereiken, maar helaas geen antwoord. Ik hoop via deze weg een antwoord van jullie te krijgen.

Qualität ist gut, Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig

Sizes delivered did not correspond to the measurements in the size tables on their website.
Changed my rating from red to amber because some previous orders were handled with satisfaction. It is not the first time though that a return happened because of measurement issues.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants and 1 didn’t fit so i send it back but haven’t got a return payment. Its has been 11 days and still don’t have the money.

The shipment is stated as free of shipping costs and at the end of the order it still says that you have to pay the shipping costs. In addition, they do not reply either in the chat or by e-mail.

I didn’t receive my order and you guys are not responding to my messages

I have returned a pair of jeans several weeks ago but have still not received a refund. I’ve also tried contacting them several times through their contact form but have gotten no response at all.

It most definitely took more than 14 days. I've sent proof of this to Trustpilot. As if my experience wasn't bad enough without them now lying about it and trying to discredit me.

After this experience, I've actually ordered from them again (don't ask me why) and this time I didn't receive one of the ordered items. I again tried to contact them and received no response. Only after reporting this to PayPal did they contact me.

Shipping was quite slow, the sizeguide could use a bit more in depth research or further elaboration. Otherwise the products seemed to be nice quality. Too bad nothing fit.
