I like their clothes, but not how they treat customers. I placed an order assuming, as with most retailers, that import duties were included or would be clearly disclosed at checkout. Instead, FedEx charged me an additional 20% on delivery.

When I reached out their customer service for help, they simply pointed me to fine print stating that international customers are responsible for customs charges.

This was not transparent enough. Significant additional fees should be clearly disclosed during checkout, not buried in shipping terms. Customers should know the true cost before placing an order. This is how they lost yet another customer who really liked their clothes.
