I had my eye on a couple of items and got a discount code so I excitedly ordered. The top I ordered was massive on the shoulders but tight on the bust, also completely see through at £100. The cardigan was so horribly itchy I couldn't even wear it with long sleeves.

As for returns, expect to spend a lot of money. This is my fault because I didn't read the returns section properly but having to pay over £20 for returns is awful, not to mention that you have to organise it all yourself so the worry of customs etc is always present.

UPDATE: My items were received but they refunded me via gift card rather than an actual refund. When asked, they said this was because I used a discount code they sent me to pay for the items. In the returns policy section it only mentions sale items being refundable to a gift card so keep in mind if you're using a discount code, the same will happen to you.

I got 8 items which added up to about $1000. Not only was the shopping experience awful as everything was sold out (why still have it on the site?) and 90% of items werent available in my size (small? be fr) but when I finally got it and tried everything on it was a HUGE disappointment. I measured myself and made sure to buy exactly to the size chart but it still didnt work. Kira Pinstripe Pants- AWFUL. tiny around the thighs, weird long crotch (supposed to be low rise- almost high waisted on me) and too big in the hips. Also bad quality sewing. Moonflower dress fit really well- but was sooo cheap and see through with no lining. Seek shoe brown came damaged and scuffed. I like the staple tanks but the white one is see through- and for $70USD I expect more than amazon quality. In the end 4/8 items didnt fit and 7/8 items were poor quality. NOT WORTH THE HYPE. Its literally Cider quality clothes so you might as well just buy that. Only gave a 2 stars because I love the Fuku Cardigan- super soft and cute. I suggest just buy accessories and things that the sizing doesnt really matter for. If you like the style try Minga London as its more reasonable prices and really nice quality- Ive never been disappointed.

Their sizing chart - or their manufacturing - is completely unreliable. The dress they sent me was 3 inches smaller around the bust than the chart said it would be. The material also felt cheap, and there were hanging threads and unfinished hems.

Their prices are really high for products made this poorly.

To add insult to injury, UNIF stole $17 from me in shipping and return charges.

I hate unif. Their clothes and shoes are god awful quality. I recently bought the parker boots and like (idk how to explain it so bear with me) the traction on the sole has a HUGE gap. Like its as if there isn't enough sole to cover the bottom of the shoe so it looks weird and not at all like the pictures. Years ago I bough dada boots and they disintegrated after 6 months. The clothes fit weird. I just can't stand this brand! Personally I've given them way too many chances and am done buying from them. It's all just crap.

I should’ve searched for reviews before purchasing from unif :( I bought almost $700 worth and the quality is so bad :( but I’m giving 2 stars because the shipping was fast at least.. definitely will not be purchasing anything from them again. Walmart is probably better quality honestly.

ok, so i bought a couple things from unif for the first time during last years black friday sale. ive always loved their brand but its wayyy out of my usual price range - but i had some extra money saved up & i thought id treat myself to something nice, but im sort of disappointed w the inconsistent quality of the products. the shoes i got (black parker boots) were great! theyre a bit pricey but tbf most shoes are these days, im happy w the fit & quality. the dress i got (kelp dress) is made from a weird, cheap-feeling material which is very disappointing at the price range of their clothing & i probably wouldve returned it if it werent for the crazy shipping fees (i live in europe).

i love their designs, but at the price point they're selling their clothes i think the quality is too low. their website doesnt have any sort of info on sustainability either which seems really sketchy to me esp when the price is so high (i assumed that was partly due to the workers making the clothing were compensated at an ethical rate but i couldnt find anything abt that either! which also felt really weird!). in general i wish there was more brand transparency.

was dreaming about the liu skirt for YEARS. finally got it and i’m honestly super disappointed. first of all their website lists the skirt as 100% polyester and the tag actually reads as 65% rayon 30% cotton blend and 5% spandex. sooo what’s up with that? the seams were unfinished. there’s not even a hook closure to the skirt. it feels paper thin. napkin-esque. for $78 + shipping i was expecting WAY more. better quality, thicker material, better zip enclosures. i have received shein items that have been higher quality. it’s such a bummer and it’s an even bigger bummer that you can’t leave reviews on the website…kind of suspicious in my opinion. i honestly think this was a major scam. their designs are oh so cute but the execution is trash. buy from forever 21, shein, fashion nova. there’s a higher chance that it’ll be better and you won’t have to spend an arm and a leg.

Always loved this brand and just got my new shirts yesterday. Great quality as always but I can't really believe how many people say the sizing is hit or miss on here, I've always found it the exact measurements they have on the store and fits perfectly. I will continue to support them because you get what you pay for.

INCONSISTENT SIZING & POOR QUALITY

I’ve purchased a lot from Unif and every single time the items do not fit properly. Generally I’m a size M, and there have been times when the items have been super tight as though they are a XS, and other times where they have been super large and loose. It’s hard to buy from there because I never know if what I’m getting is the correct size for me. They have a size guide but it does not match up with their items. Secondly, the quality can be garbage. For a brand that is not cheap, this is unacceptable to me. How am I going to pay $100+ for a top only for it to be thin and have holes in it after the first wear?? Unif is fast fashion quality for an expensive price.

Several days ago I purchased the Volta Mary Janes off of UNIF! I was excited for it to arrive because it's been a while since I've gotten some new shoes. But sadly I'm disappointed. First of all I could have sworn I selected only one pair but it came with two pairs and charged for the extra?? 😭 I checked and I don't think there is a review option directly on the website, which is why I am writing here because it is the next best thing I found. Sadly I cannot attach pictures on here so I'll have to describe the damages that came with my pair. On one of the pairs that arrived the paint (?) I guess the soles of the shoes are painted on, had rubbed off. Quite a big chunk of it and it's noticeable. If you look even closer you can see the glue seeping out from the sole and the rest of the shoe. The second pair that came didn't have any noticeable damages really so I tried it on. Typically I am a size 7 but these are too small for me. My toe goes to the very end of the shoe and the strap barely makes it halfway across my foot. AND OHHHHHH MY GOODNESS. DON'T GET me STARTED on the smell. These things have the most atrocious stench. You can smell the plastic from like a mile away. Had to put the entire box with both pairs in it in the garage just because they stink up the place so bad 💀
Very not worth the money. Very much would not recommend purchasing

I really love their items but the quality is very hit or miss. I recently purchased a few tops that are really cute, but after 1 wear there were already clear signs holes forming in the armpit area. If their quality would improve I would definitely give them a 4 or 5 star!

So I purchased the Smoke Boots in Sept. of 2021, and the heals busted in May/June of 2022 (8months). They’re a snug fit for anyone with 14.5/15” calves. I partially knew this going in, but I expected the leather to stretch a lot more. Apparently the quality just couldn’t hold up for the tight movement.
I sent in a complaint to customer service, that I don’t think it’s fair to pay for a cobbler when I’ve already paid $200 for shoes. They were quickly responsive, and after reviewing photos of my very gently worn shoes, they offered in store credit for the cost or a brand new pair. I am very grateful and appreciative with there solutions and understanding to these problems. The only reason I can see customer support going negatively for someone is if they were rude and unwilling to find a solution from the beginning. I am going to wait for the Bliss Boots to drop and try something with a lil more stretch. My only complaint is that I wish their shoes were more wearable for people with larger calves, and that for leather goods some better production/stitching went into the product. I’d say if you’re a slimmer human their shoes would work great for you but the quality is hit or miss due to the size restrictions.
I will leave a review of my hopefully better experience with the Bliss boots once they are restocked and purchased!

got the mars top and its super cute but in the pics it looks opaque while its super see through and i cant wear anything underneath bc its tight and looks bad :( the fit is nice but its too small even tho its an M so careful if u have big boobies. quality didnt look bad but not worth the price sadly!

I had to write a good review after seeing how much one stars they’ve been getting. The clothes I’ve gotten have all been very cute and good quality.

First of all the quality of these boots are horrible! I bought the smoke boots, it was about 300 euros, not worth the price. Two months are I bought them they had tears, the sole and shoe were ripping apart!
I do not live in USA, and in the website it said that international shipping takes about 1-3 weeks, but I it took about a month and a half for these shoes to arrive.

I tried also contacting customer services, but they took so much time to answers and were so rude.

Never again buying from this company, not worth buying shoes for this price ever again.

They do not return calls. I wil never buy from this company again.

I got the fairy bear tee I love it, fits amazing I got an xs because I like it tighter. The only problem I had was they took 5 days just to ship my one shirt.

I have so many clothes from here, and it’s been great overall. Some things are great and have lasted forever. A few things barely last a season, but most last forever. Worth it though because the clothes are so unique and fashion forward, honestly ahead of a lot of brands with trends. Still got a star off though because there’s still very little body diversity, making it hard to know how things will fit me (US 12/14). Overall great and very fashion forward. Also, they’re sustainable and ethical, which I love and makes me not feel as bad about spending $80 on a shirt

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered over 80 dollars' worth of clothing from this company and received a confirmation from my bank saying the money was taken from my account. Over a week later, and I received no sort of confirmation email saying my order had been shipped, or even that my order had been confirmed. I sent an email asking about this, over a week with no response, so I sent another email about three days ago more sternly asking for a refund, again with no response. I don't know what to do anymore, and I either want a refund, for my order, or I would like any sort of answer from this company. Whatever you do, don't order from this company, you will lose your money, and never receive your order.

I am finiding the UNIF customer service appalling. Granted I am based in the UK, but I have emailed with none, or very delayed responses for a very expensive pair of boots.

I have also left a message on an answering machine and no one has bothered to call me back. I have noted UNIF have turned comments off on their Instagram accounts and I strongly suspect this was because people were complaining about delivery and your customer service.

Ultimately, I have paid a significant amount of money for a pair of boots and they have arrived in the wrong size, which is NOT my fault. I am quite capable of understanding how to use a international site and NOWHERE during the purchasing journey did it specify that sizes are in US. I have also checked my order confirmation and it does not specify this on there either. They have no grounds to claim I am liable to pay return funds (which are ridiculously expensive by the way .. £40!!!!) when they have sent me the wrong size boots. Still waiting for reply and will never order from them again which is a shame.
