Very disappointed. Ordered from them in early December and was told it would be a 1 to 3 week delivery time to the UK. I didn't mind that or the custom charge but it was not worth the wait or the cost. Their leopard print trousers are not as pictured and is a brighter orange. The material is CHEAP as hell. Paper-thin and not expected from the picture (imagined a thicker material wouldn't expect this from shops like Top Shop or River Island). Stitching makes it look like it could come undone any minute. Not worth £68. The 'liu' skirt is again made of cheap material and definitely not worth £60. The 'garden sweater' was the only nice thing however it's not worth almost £70. Have been looking forward to buying from UNIF for years. Very disappointed.

The shipping prices are extortionate. $55 for delivery fee is simply just day light robbery…

got their frankie boots for my birthday and was super excited. i love the look of them and the upper seems to be pretty good quality, but the sole is wearing down super fast. ive only had them for 8 months and the heels so worn down its hurting to walk in them and i need to take them to a cobbler. disappointing for $200

Their clothes can be so touch and go. I got this cute black sweater for my birthday and in a week all of the fibers had fallen out of the sweater in random spots. It was just the skeleton of a sweater with no fluff. I also just got the coop dress and I was so excited but the fit is so odd and up close the quality is so disappointing. Cheap stitching and details, clunky unfinished zipper, and a frumpy fit. I have found luck with their t shirts and other sweaters though. It’s just frustrating spending money on a gamble.

I made an order in November. Despite the sale the prices were high. I am still waiting for delivery. Emails to company take 3 days to answer and blame couriers. I spent nearly $300 and can't get a straight answer.
Don't bother if you want your clothes while they are in fashion

paid full price for a couple things and regret it. quality is not the greatest. nothing is falling apart, but it has a pretty cheap feel considering the price. skirt was see-through, and a dress i bought second hand was also see-through so be careful.

however, i had a good experience with customer service, so i am giving 4 stars. a top i ordered had holes by the size tag, and after i sent pictures, they kindly offered to send me another free of charge. i was able to keep the damaged top too, which was convenient. other places make you return it, so i was happy.

Ordered Boots to Germany. Paid with discount so no refunds. Because the customs declaration was filled out incorrectly, I had to pay 50,99€ extra tax, even though I paid less than the amount that is usually taxed. (Extra tax comes on purchases over 150€, I paid 147€) Complained to CS, they replied its none of their business even though clearly their mistake. After further inquiry they stopped answering.

pretty hit or miss. i've never bought from unif's actual website so i can't say much about their customer service, but the second hand pieces i've found over the years on depop are either perfect, or fit super strangely so i have to make alterations. some of their clothing is also not made for people with a larger chest, i've heard a lot of people complaining about the thyme dress in particular. i'm planning on buying from their site for the black friday sales so i'll update when i recieve my package <3

definitely super overpriced. i bought the ty sweater and it's nice quality but NOT worth $90. also my stuff was packaged so strangely and horribly? the sweaters were folded inside of the package, but the clear bags clothing usually comes in were completely shredded inside the package. like someone had taken a box cutter and sliced the bags to shreds. but yet the sweaters were folded and placed inside the shipping envelope? it was so weird it didnt make any sense, i've never experienced something like that before. it made me really apprehensive about what i was receiving and made it clear to me that unif doesn't really care about their products.

Ordered the spinning star t-shirt and the phoebes sneakers in two separate orders, at first I was worried about taxes and stuff since I live in EU and Unif is literally on the other side of the globe, but I was positively surprised when they didn’t come in nowhere close to what I was expecting. The T-shirt’s quality is actually pretty good and comfy, the sneakers are quite nice in quality and I walked in them in the house to try them and they seem comfortable, maybe better with an additional sole. Took some time to arrive but everything went smoothly

I agree with some of the reviews saying the clothes can be cheaply made but you kinda just have to know what to buy. I got a baby t from them a few weeks ago wore it once, washed it, and when i pulled it out of the dryer it was completely discolored. I was super disappointed and emailed them to ask what to do and they were EXTREMELY helpful. I wasn’t expecting anything out of the email chain other than maybe a partial refund but instead they went above and beyond and sent me a brand new shirt and refunded my order. Some of the clothes might not be top tier but their costumer service definitely is and I think that’s why you’re buying into when you order from this brand.

I wish they would use better shipping services when sending parcels to the uk. Im really happy with the quality of the clothes I ordered (ty cardigan, puffa jacket and some t shirts), you don't get a customs charge unless it's over a certain value so keep that in mind. £10 for international shipping isn't bad. But lately the prices are going up and the quality is going down. If they don't have any new ideas they could rerelease some of their older pieces.

YOU CAN FIND THE SAME CLOTHES ON OTHER SITES EVEN IF THEY ARE HARDER TO FIND AND THEY COST TEN TIMES LESS AND THE QUALITY IS THE SAME. I SPENT 200 EUROS ON A PAIR OF SHOES AND SHIPPING AND EXTRA SHIPPING WITHIN MY COUNTRY BECAUSE THE ARE INCOMPETENT AND COULDNT FILL THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM CORRECTLY. THEIR POLICY DOES NOT PROTECT YOU FROM THEIR MISTAKES AND ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT THEY ARE THE MOST OVERPRICED BRAND I’VE EVER SEEN YOU’LL END UP SPENDING MORE THAN YOU SHOULD. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. THE QUALITY SUCKS. STICK TO BETTER BRANDS.

Items are super expensive and poor quality. Jumper I got fell apart after 2 weeks. Two t-shirts I got were the thinnest cotton I've ever felt and the white one was grey (when I put it next to my other white tops, it looks unclean). I've seen all of unifs stuff on aliexpress, they obviously get it for $2 and sell for exorbitant prices. Go elsewhere.

for me, shipping is $13, which is reasonable. I've have never had a bad experience with them or their items. The quality is very soft and good! I usually by second hand but on the occasion that I do buy from the site, it's been great!

Unif had a really cool phase with dark interesting clothing many years ago.
But wow, the quality became so bad and the styles became so unoriginal.
I am not happy with the quality of anything.

They have cute clothes, but way too overpriced and shipping is about 21$ which is insane when they already charge 60$ or more for a shirt. Would not recommend it even though the clothes are cute. :((

I absolutely love and am obsessed with their designs and concept. I’ve bought from unif a few times and love my pieces. The shipping would only take 1-2 weeks - even tho i live in japan and they ship from LA. However, I would definitely say that their stuff is over priced and not the best quality for what they’re worth. They won’t say how they make their products and copy almost all designs as seen from the instagram page @unifcopied.

shipping cost $30 and took 3 months. cute clothes but they aren't great quality, especially for a $70 t-shirt... i wore it once and some stitching came undone
