Well organised jobs done to a very good standard. Very tidy knowledgable workmen. Good communication and post installation advice

Communication is certainly not this company’s strong point - finished the job in April, waited another 6 weeks with workers turning up with no ladders and other equipment to finish solar installation and still waiting on a window to be replaced that they broke during installation - email after email asking for the same information and still no results but the work is done, not on time but with reasonable results and companies that completed jobs courteous and polite taking care in the property - just need to get their act together and sort out who is talking to who and sorting things out for customers in days not months

Every thing was completed with no hassle and very professionally and left in a neat situation, I couldn’t praise the installers high enough.

First class team of workmen

The company uses subcontractors, but all the guys who came were excellent and very competent.

The team turned up early and worked flat out for two days, unusual these days.
They were so tidy, professional and organised it was a pleasure having them at our home.
An explanation of what had been done to finish off was given by the team leader.
Excellent job.

Can’t remember exact date but it was Sep 25

The men were polite & worked well. They cleaned up as they worked & left nothing out of place.
The work went on longer than expected but this happens.

The air source heat pump team, with team leader Richard, did an excellent job for me. They were clean,tidy, respectfull and efficient.
The solar panels installation with Michael Maclean and son Jack. Did a wonderful job.
I am grateful to Union Technical and the people mention above. This work has made my life more comfortable. It was a pleasure to have them working here. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having this work carried out. Thank you all.

clean workers ,team worked well together, one day late but made up for it the next to get it finished.

Heating installation went ok, insolation of drywall complete mess. Plastering not finished never bothered coming back to finish. Phone calls regarding finishing ignored.

My installation was completed in April 2025 and the work completed to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the installation of the new cavity wall insulation, the solar panels and the air source heat pump and I am already seeing a pleasing reduction in my electricity bills. My bungalow is warm throughout.

ASHP was fitted Quickly and efficiently by friendly and considerate engineers as was the under floor insulation.
when I had a query, it was dealt with quickly and without any hassle.

Faulty workmanship led to leak causing damage to property. My emails to. Union tec not been acknowledged passed onto sub contractor who promised to attend this week 7 days after leak! when I called to check when they would arrive they informed me they are not coming until next week and then said they haven't time to do work and asked me to get quote to replace kitchen ceiling locally.

Great installation and after sales too. Very good to deal with. Thank you.

The workmen were great, efficient and did the whole job quickly and with very few snags. The only complaint was initially that there waa a mix up with details of a start times and dates ..... but overall we were very happy with the whole job..... here's hoping it reduces our electricity bill!
