Easy ordering now will have to wait until I receive my order.

I order the power blocks from Unique Fitness they were polite they were always very professional and very helpful, every time i called them with any question.

Nothing but a positive experience. My item had been difficult to find, but they shipped it within 1 week of my order and it arrived in perfect condition.

The website was easy to use and found what I needed easy. I just ordered cant say much more now.

I ordered 2 pairs of weights since April 202 and one of the items have still not been delivered. I’ve called numerous amount of time with their customer service agents always saying that they will call me back with information and noting had been done now. Almost 9 weeks. No contact and no product. Absolutely no customer service follow up.

There was a bit of a delay on my shipment (a week beyond expected delivery), but really not too bad considering the product I purchased was out of stock everywhere else! I reached out to customer service a few times and was thrilled how quickly they got back to me. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company.

Took forever to ship, well beyond the 3-5 days promised. Also, never discloses that the Dumbbells were not in hand and available as "drop ship" from powerblock

Took over 2.5 months to get shipping info on my product. I understand the COVID-19 Delays but I had to constantly contact customer service for updates.

They had the item in stock which I could not find anywhere else - took my order online and received shipment notification same day.

I placed the order March 19 and heard nothing since then. I called Customer Service twice and was told they would advise the company. I cancelled the order today and was told it has been shipped. I will not accept the shipment. My expectation is to have the $399 refunded to my American Express credit card - hopefully as fast as it was taken by Unique Fitness ( ordered March 19 and have had payment since March 20). COVID 19 did not cause for email or phones to shut down - communication and honest feedback would have been the right thing to do...Please refund and please advise shipper not to deliver to my home ...THANK YOU !

High Quality bands...mine I had for many years finally gave out... ordered some from Amazon and immediately returned..CHEAP. I Googled and came across Unique Fitness and ordered 2 heavy duty bands. Received today and WOW...these pass the test!!! Thanks.

These are exactly what I was looking for to shadow box in my basement. Since my gym was closed due to Covid pandemic, I bought a boxing bag, but wanted to shadow box too. I wanted a comfortable DB but the are all cumbersome when boxing. These are perfect!!!! Very pleased!!
