Ordered wheelchair MDS806560 (MEDLINE K4) and received real fast delivery (5-29), order number 0528956852. The order was based on internet site description WITH PICTURE which shows
leg/foot support including leg calf support. My delivery did include the foot support, HOWEVER NO CALF SUPPORT. This date 5-31-2021 after trying three different phone numbers, all dead ends. Please call me at 843 607-2609 to discuss. My wife is in Memory care and I need the right chair immediately.

Kept me informed on my purchase all the way until it was delivered.

From the online chat to someone actually answering the phone, to them proactively reaching out to me with a question to the package delivering three days earlier than expected, I was very pleased with my experience.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, specific and helpful.
While I was initially hesitant given their web address seemed a bit unofficial, ie uniquefit1.com, and found them on Walmart and Amazon posts, I decided to buy directly from them after having a good experience chatting and speaking with someone at the company. The best deal was on their home website.

Free shipping, reasonably priced, fast service, good product, would order from them again.

The delivery was so fast I couldn’t believe it, great customer service, very detail on when your order will be shipped and arrive to you.

The item I purchased had a fair price with free and fast shipping. I had some concerns based on prior reviews I read, but my product came quickly. No complaints.

Ordered Powerblock dumbells and a stand separately. Both instances were pleasant and smooth. Shipped when I was told it was going to be shipped. Am very satisfied with my experience with Unique Fitness.

I placed my Powerblocks order on January 4 and it shipped on February 15. The website indicated that the lead time would be 15 to 20 days. Due to the pandemic, I expected it to be on the longer end of that range. I sent a follow up email on January 28 as I received no update on the order. They did respond promptly (same day) to let me know that the website did indicate there would be a lead time of up to 20 days because of the pandemic. No other communications but received the shipping confirmation on February 15.

At the end of the day, I paid for and received the items in good order, albeit much later than their website indicated. They did not issue any communications about the status of my order even though the lead time was longer than what the website indicated.

Because the lead times and what that actually means is, in my opinion, misleading. The company should do a much better job at being transparent about what this ordering process will be like for their clients. It certainly seems like they do not have the products in stock at all times and will oversell the items so there is a wait list (and you pay to be on that list). Some will be happy to reserve a spot on the list and others will go elsewhere, but being transparent about this or whatever process they are using is just good ethical business practice.

I am glad I got my order but would be a bit hesitant in using this company again because of what I experienced. If you choose to go this route, please make sure to retain all documentation/communications and to ask questions about what lead times, ordering process means before you order.

My questions were answered honestly when I called to check on my order status....

I called the customer service number for Unique Fitness to ask about a water rowing machine that I saw online. The lady I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment, and also provided additional shipping and payment information. The product arrived quickly and was in perfect condition when I opened the two packages. Great experience overall with Unique Fitness.

It took more than two months to get the power blocks. During this time I never heard anything from Unique Fitness until the products actually shipped. In the meantime UF was happy to charge my credit card for the full amount of the product immediately.

Placed an order on 3/1/2021. At the time, there was a rather long, understandable lead time. By 3/30/2021, I requested to cancel the order to which I got this reply:

Again:
1. Placed order on 3/1/2021 (and my debit card was immediately billed for the full amount - without shipment)
2. Requested cancel on 3/30/2021
3. Notified of "ship" on 4/5/2021

I have been waiting for nearly three months for my order to be shipped. I have received no updates this entire time. I understand the high demand recently but I do t understand the lack of communication

I ordered the power blocks about two months ago and have not heard a thing from this company. I contacted them after the original 10-14 business day processing time (the original time frame when I ordered) and I was told there is a 25 business day processing time now. After the 25 business days I contacted them again, this time they say the Power Blocks are having supply chain issues and I am still in line but they cant say when my order will ship. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere they are clearly back ordered and still have no problem taking new orders. Currently contemplating whether I should wait a few more months or canceling my order.

The Power Blocks are absolutely not in stock despite what the company says. The reason I ordered from this company over others was because they said that they had them in stock, which is a blatant lie. It’s been 40 business days since I ordered the product and it still hasn’t shipped. I have cancelled my order and requested a refund, which hopefully I get.

Ordering was simple, and my merchandise shipped right away. It was a seamless purchase. Thank you.
